The sheets were dirty and so was the room. I tokd manager and he just didnt care. We stay there because we have family close, but wewill never stay therecagain.

No one came in our room and made the bed and never picked up the bath towels. They was a girl on the second level Smoking meth or crack. We stayed one night. Was not happy. The man at the front desk was very friendly.

So, the room we stayed in was pet friendly. However, the door didn't shut well. There was no weather stripping around the door at all. Light, outside noise poured in. The bed pedestals were not secure and noisy. At night people loitered outside. I didn't really feel safe and was worried about leaving my car in the parking lot. The bathroom door wouldn't shut well. The bed was comfortable. Hot water excellent. Shower was nice.

The staff is always very friendly, welcoming, and accomodating! They even make sure every time we come here that we have a room on the ground floor to accommodate my wheelchair. Its a great location! just a few minutes drive from the historic district. Theres lots to do and see in St. Augustine. Every time we come here, we leave with more things on our list of things to come back and check out in the area. But my partner and I specifically look forward most of all to our stay here at this motel. We have been coming back to this same motel every time we visit for the past two years now and we look forward to staying here again in the near future. LOVE this place.

One night stand
Traveling to Orlando and needed a day me might stay along the way. Staff was great at check in and responding to questions. Microwave was making sounds and they responded right away. Bed was way too soft but I was told that was all they had. I had booked a Queen through the hotels app but saw prices online $30 less and yet desk acted as if the room was the best I could have due to my booking. It was fine for one night.

The clerk at the front desk was extremely nice and help us getting to downtown. The room was clean but the outside wasn't as nice. Neg- No elevator in the premise. There was no room available on the 1st floor and we had heavy luggage that we had to carry up the stairs, very inconvenient when you are traveling with elders and small children.
