We had a wonderful stay at the Norwood Bungalow. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was quite large and full of amenities. The meals were delicious. There were a variety of choices. The staff here were lovely and helpful. They made our stay welcoming. The tea trails around the bungalow offered amazing view of the tea estate. They were easy walks and worthwhile. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay in Sri Lanka, we recommend staying here.

Would love to come back
The bungalow which we stayed for our holiday is only six rooms. The butler and the staff provide excellent services which many luxury hotels can not do. Staying in this property, your butler has already arranged everything and you do not think about anything about your stay. What you need to do is to tell your butler what you want and he will serve you or give advice to you. Highly recommend to anyone who will visit the same place. The experience is worth your payment.
There are 5 bungalows operated by Tea Trails. I stayed in Castlereagh and Summerville. Both bungalows are very nice with very attentive staff.
Food is superb.
The road to Castlereagh is very bad and bumpy which made the whole experience not a pleasant one. However, the team at Castlereagh are warmer and ready to go extra miles to meet the customers' request.
We ended up leaving by helicopter to avoid 6 hours of bumpy drive....
