Property was clean and staff was nice. My only two complaints were smoking outside the door by the entrance. And only one staff member working front desk usually it was line waiting to be addressed.

The vents in the room I stayed in need to be cleaned. It was an asthma risk and I should have said something sooner.

Everything is good except no hot water (take a cold shower) but that okay I don't mine for only 1 night stay.

The Hotel was really nice and conveniently located just right off I-44. Lots of really great restaurants in the area, several were just next door! Only downside was the property was starting to show some wear and tear, but it was nothing serious.

Quick trip.
When i made the reservation i requested a room on an upper floor, 2nd floor of 6 floors is not upper. I was never told when the restaurant was open, or the bar for that matter. The outer door near the lounge was locked open, as far as I know it was never closed. The room was adequate, I'm not sure id stay there again.

Everything was great . Property was maintained well Staff was very courteous and professional. Good breakfast Only problem was no bath towels in the bathroom. I’m sure they would has easily provided.

This property on a scale of 10 is a 50. The Atrium is gorgeous. The hotel is immaculate. The staff are the best!

The employees were extremely nice and accommodating unfortunately the rooms are disgusting and filthy. First room i had was completely dusty and dirty and smelled like it was a flop house. I called to change rooms and again the staff was extremely nice. They changed my room right away. Unfortunately that room wasn’t much better. Shower looked like it had mold coming from the ceiling and it just dirty all together. If I didn’t just drive 6 hours to it i would have left. I wish they would match the rooms to the staff cause then it would have been a great place to stay.

Inedible food. Yuck
Hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient to I-44. But the restaurant food was quite a disappointment. We ordered the Blackened chicken Alfredo and an order of Buffalo wings to take to our room. We each took a bite and decided on Pizza Hut down the road. $35 in the garbage! Disgusting. When checking out the front desk clerk asked me to book through ING next time. Uh, I always book through hotels.com so that’s a no. We will probably stay someplace else next time traveling through Springfield, MO.

Phone and tv were not working when we arrived. They had both been unplugged. The tv remote didn’t work because batteries were dead. Smoke detector was covered up with plastic. Have no idea why but it’s going to be hard to detect smoke and a fire if the detector is completely covered up and can’t sense the smoke. Not safe.
