It was a great place to stay. There was a view of the water and many boats were docked. There was also a restaurant attached which was convenient but we did not stop in since we had plans with friends. Overall the rooms were comfortable and friendly staff.. The pool and hot tub were clean and very nice.

I requested (and paid for) a room on the water with a balcony. The balcony was so tiny 2 chairs could barely fit and the water view was non-existent. I overlooked the restaurant and welcome area.

Tub needs to be checked for whatever is slowing the draining process. I showered and the tub filled with water. The thermostat didn't work so the room was hot even when I turned the heat down on the keypad on the unit.

The hotel was very quiet. I don’t think I heard anyone the entire evening. Great nights sleep. The king size bed was the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on! Highly recommend!

I gave it a lower rating because in the room there were no lids or cups for coffee in the morning. There was no ice bucket lid. The soap dispenser is too high on the wall as well as the shower essentials. Not kid height friendly rooms. Disappointed that apparently they only change the propane tanks 1 x week. When they run out on a Friday they're not swapped out for the busy Saturday evening. Loved the Tiki bar option. My 6yr old enjoyed the outdoor movie of UP. Like the indoor and outdoor pool option. Ping pong table was a nice touch too. Disappointed that the breakfast was a buffet for $15/person. I already spent $800 for 2 nights! Either have it included or do a continental breakfast.

Property needs little maintenance and it'll will get additional 1/2 to full star. the biggest thing is restaurant & coffee shop: no coffee shop and restaurant is VERY LIMITED choices and convenient. the other stuff: small bistro set for balcony instead of 2 large unusable chairs, longer faucets for bathroom, quieter AC and simply oil the doors not to squeak. Staff is professional & friendly. Will stay there again in a heartbeat.

Why I am I getting this again? I already responded to one email. The property and room were not clean. The room literally had 2 double beds and an uncomfortable office chair. No exhaust fanning the bathroom. Dirty windows/ screen door. Fruit flies on breakfast buffet. All for only $500 per night. Never again.

This riverside hotel has a resort vibe with a big price tag. The rooms are clean and updated, the courteous and professional staff is trying their best (even when they are short staffed at times), and the hotel grounds support a variety of activities. My one grievance concerns the pools...... The outdoor pool closes at 10 PM and the indoor pool/hot tub closes at 11 PM. Obviously, there are children vacationing in July and some parents allow their children to stay at the pool until closing time. The children were nice and respectful, but I think it would be better if the last hour of the evening was designated "adults only".

Room was alright but all the pillows smelled like sweat. Not the pillow cases pillows room 119. Other than they can have free breakfast for the price it was decent at most.
