"The B&B is a conversion from what were historically Italian army barracks. The conversion has been done to a very high standard. Our hosts Diana and Alberto were exceedingly friendly and offered lots of great advice on where to go to see sights or have good meals. They also organised a wine tour for us and several other guests (this depends on season) which was excellent. "Friendly helpful staff. Quiet clean room. Wish they didn’t feel they have to put up a sign at breakfast that says essentially that if you take seconds it will be added to the bill. The sign puts a negative spin on an otherwise friendly atmosphere. The breakfast room is clean but utilitarian and not decorated with taste which is unfortunate because the breakfast offerings were quite good."
