The resort was an excellent location, within easy walking distance of the town to explore. Hotel was always clean and well maintained, with staff always friendly and helpful at all times. Food choices were varied, with plenty of choice to cater to all. Food quality was always to a very high standard. The perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday, could not have wished for more.

Close to a nice beach where we hired sunbeds each day. Room was fine. Staff were attentive at meal times and very efficient cleaning and restocking. We liked using the Lenox Club adult only pool for some quiet time as lots of families at the hotel. Shame you couldn't access the all inclusive drinks at this pool though as you paid extra each day to go in there. Also shame it isn't open longer. Overall it was pleasant enough stay. We enjoyed the burger night.

Disastrous stay! Avoid this “hotel”!
Very disappointed! So called 4 star, all inclusive resort. First off all, Not even close to 4 stars, rooms Are outdated (they don’t even have a card, you still have to use the key), Not clean, with scars on bed and walls. No toiletries in the Room (they don’t clean or change towels on sundays, and my wife asked for clean towels on monday the cleaning lady Said no, that they lack towels). We Had thousand of ants in our room. Food was mediocre, and actually they basicly push you out when breakfast/lunch/dinner is over. Drinks that they offer are only cheap ones, but really cheap ones (i Had indigestion the whole 4 day stas there). Wellness part of the hotel does Not exist. Empty pools and brojem saunas only. And i can go on and on and on… fraud of a hotel. Not worth even 100€ a night (and we paid almost 300€ a night!!!???). And yeah, one more thing… the worst of all… the last night there Turned out to be the horror night. My wife, my 6 year old kid and I were atacked and abused by another guest (for talking, Not loud talking, screaming or something but only for talking for 5-10 seconds in front of our Room till we unlock the stupid door), and ofcourse, we complained and the hotel did apsolutely nothing! I mean nothing! No compensation, they barely Said sorry. Sorry for our sleepless night, my childs and wifes fear, they don’t care that that person still walks freely around, nothing! Avoid this so called resort! Don’t be a fool Like we were!

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, but the property itself was a major bust. We felt bamboozled. The resort did not look like the photos - everything looked much older and in worse shape than the photos portrayed. The hallways and rooms were very dark and depressing, and the sound from neighboring rooms bled in so loudly you could practically hear every conversation. Plus, the "all-inclusive" was a joke. It included meals from one restaurant at set times, and only four alcoholic beverages to choose from - all of which tasted watered down and of very poor quality. Pretty much everything you may want or need costs extra. You had to pay for beach towels, use of the safe in your room, any drinks that are halfway decent, and much more. Last but not least, the included WiFi is a hotspot and we were lucky to get five consecutive minutes of connection at a time. Extremely disappointing all around.

Food and staff were amazing! Beautiful location. We definitely want to return. Dragan the waiter was so attentive he made the buffet restaurant feel like a real restaurant. He even remembered what wine we liked.

Will not come back
We booked this hotel as we believed it to be a 4 star hotel but it wasnt. The room was very small and not even close to the one which was advertised. We were put in some dark, 50's looking apartment and not in the 4 star hotel room that we had in our confirmation. We go to the reception to complain about the room but they give us explanation that this is exactly the room it is booked (double room or economy). Extremely poorly explained system is the wristbanding. What we got as all inclusive was really poor, the food in Adria restaurant was quite bad and the same almost every day, all the time we spent there (8 days). The place was clean and staff was polite and helpfull. The whole place have a potential but many aspects must be improved.

Excellent resort. Recommend!
Beautiful resort on the beach. Sometimes it was a little crowded (restaurants, pool seating, etc.) but everything was nice, well maintained and the staff was excellent. The rooms were nice and very comfortable. We'd go back again. Highly recommend!

Individual detached suite was a plus but could have been cleaner. Some areas of maintenance required such as loose wall socket and none functioning extractor fan in bathroom. Food was of an average quality but we would have expected a higher standard for a 4 star resort. Also, restocking of empty serving dishes could be slow particularly for meat choices. Staff were efficient and polite but could have been more welcoming and customer focused. Lovely location with great views across the Adriatic. Bars and restaurants are very reasonably price.

Third room offered by the hotel was alright
With high hopes of a great vacation on a great Resort we were quite disappointed when we checked in to our room. The room was in the basement and had a smell from moister and it had a lack of both natural light and air ventilation. The staff offered us a new room on a higher floor but that room did not have any balcony and was also not up to the standard what we expected. We spent a hot night in this small room and the next day we managed tl get a small appartment in a bungalow on the resort property, that was much better. The Resort was okay, staff was friendly but it was not the fantastic stay like we were hoping it to be. This is really an awarage resort, not bad but if you expect top notch than this is not the place to chose.

Wonderful family holiday
It’s a wonderful resort, with plenty to keep the family entertained - mini golf, ping pong, darts, archery, pool, and beach with water sport activities right on your doorstep! Lots of places to eat and drink on the seafront, very reasonable too. The animation team work hard keeping everyone entertained, and our kids adored Cedric! They felt a bit old for the mini disco (ages 10 & 8) but loved the pool party night! We were bed and breakfast and did find the breakfast food selection a little uninspiring. Think more could be done herd to make choices more varied and appealing. Supetar is lovely, a 10-15 min walk away, and everywhere feels so safe. You get wonderful sunsets from supetar and the resort each evening - a real treat with a glass of wine in hand!

Liked: Kids' swimming pools (inside and out) lots of options for things to do if you want them. Staff very friendly and helpful. Disliked: Opening times for breakfast and dinner not really conducive to the needs of a small child plus possibly more child-friendly meal selections on the dinner menu would be appreciated. No kettle or drink-making facilities in the hotel room makes things even more difficult. The resort is huge and the options are huge and a detailed breakdown in the hotel room of where everything is, what is available and the opening and closing times for everything would be very helpful.

The resort areas are well maintence, the pools for children are super clean, and with tons of shadows so you dont have to worry of a sunburn or a weird infection. One of the restaurants has a child corner with small chairs and table for the children, however, it is a pity that you cannot use it unless you are asigned to that restaurant (even thoigh you have a all inclusive bracelet and the manu in all restaurants are the same).

Lovely family all inclusive place!
A very nice all inclusive resort. Was perfect for a young family with 2 separate toddler / baby pools away from the other bigger pools. Food was excellent, with at least half a dozen main course options at every meal with many different salads etc as well. Only slight thing I found strange was there were no toiletries provided in the room. Room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The island itself it pretty stunning, we rented bikes from just outside the front for quite a reasonable price. I must add though if travelling there by car this time of year (August) the ferry is extremely busy and we had to queue for 3 hours to get on it. Travelling by foot would be fine.

Had a great time. Tony from Texas took great care of us and was excellent to work with. We are already planning our next trip to the island. Accommodations were spacious, sea view -- lovely, drinks-- all included! Perfect over night stay after two months of bicycle riding.

Nice hotel for relaxing
Very large busy complex so it was quite noisy. Ideal for families with small children. It gets very busy in peak season. Lovely venue with excellent facilities. Food was ok but would not want more than a week of it. End of stay was ruined when I checked out I had to pay tourist tax. What’s that? No warning from Experia that this was an additional charge.

4* Hotel run down so now a 3.5
Food was the best thing about the hotel as it was very nice with lots of variety although the waiting staff and grumpy omelette man could've made you feel more like you was on holiday and less like you was in a prison. Hotel room was very simple but definitely not luxurious in anyway. Plenty of variety of pools etc but every one was quite run down with a few missing tiles, mould and sun drained paint. Good location right on beach which was clean but very very busy and you have to pay for sunloungers, which is a negative. I can that the hotel was once a 4* but its needs some maintenance and work to bring back upto standards.

Good hotel
Very nice hotel in large grounds. Good for families. Rooms are a little basic but very clean. Food good. All staff very friendly. It could do with help to the port with luggage as it was a good walk but was not far enough for a taxi.

Very nice overall resort facility with relatively simple rooms. Staff eas very competent and friendly. Very good for families and groups.

Outstanding lodging on the Island of Braç. The Waterman Svpetrvs Resort staff connected us to a tour-guide who drove us to visit the Cold War Era hidden submarine Tunnels and, an olive Oil Museum. Very convenient location.

resort on Brac
Comfortable, clean,spacious apartment some of the equipment a little dated. This resort is huge, used by many package holiday companies. It is packed with various activities, several super unheated outdoor pools and is ideal for families. On reflection this was not really the type of accommodation we as a recently retired couple usually book. "Svpertrvs" is the name on the signage to look out for rather than "Waterman" which does feature on the signs but in much smaller font. We had a delicious meal in the seafront restaurant on site, the service was super, waiters very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent.

Perhaps the best place to stay in Supetar
This resort offers everything you need and it suits both individuals and families. The wifi is not included in the price which is not something you would expect at a 4 star hotel. However, there are information centres where you can get free access. They also have shower and changing rooms which you can use after you check out in case you have late departure. Overall I enjoyed my time at this place and would happily return.

Great for a beach break
We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of a 12 day holiday first seeing Lake Como, Milan and then Split. Travelling the 50 mins over to Brac felt like a completely different place - and a much slower pace than the buzzing Split. We therefore used the hotel for pure relaxation and spent our time on the hotel's beach, a long stretch of stony beach - you'll need to bring/ buy some sea shoes (every shop on the walk into town sells them for roughly a fiver) unless you have really tough feet. The hotel has water sports which is very reasonably priced in comparison to other countries/ resorts and the view across to Split and the mainland provides the perfect backdrop. For our purpose, the hotel was great, the breakfast was a usual buffet spread, with the normal odd selection, but you can find something to put together - omelettes and waffles are cooked fresh. The hotel is very big with an array of different hotels and bungalows across the grounds. It reminded me of a Haven or Butlins type place, a mash up of different accommodation, but it didn't seem too crowded for the time of year. There is a distinct lack of Brits here - which from our perspective was great - and even the most body conscious would feel comfortable on the beach as no one cares what they look like. Overall we enjoyed our stay, I wouldn't say it was a true 4 star hotel, but for a short beach stay it was ideal and the location was ideal.

Nice hotel for the family.
Didn't know the hotel was on an island off the coast of Split. Had to take a 45 min ferry to the hotel!!! The beach is right behind hotel, that was convenient. The room was an average size, perhaps 22 sq.meter. Comfortable bed. Wall unit A/C. TV had 1 or 2 English channels. Breakfast was crowded and very busy, but a large selection of everything you can think of for breakfast. Shower was good, but they aren't generous with towels. I would give it a 3.5 star rating. But Supetar is lovely. Parking in lots by hotel. Helped us with luggage during our 7pm.late check in. Would be great for a family with children. Lots of pools and the beach.
