"The hotel is an older one but the rooms have been renovated and were clean. The water pressure in the shower was good, and the bed was comfortable and not lumpy. My only 2 complaints and reasons for not giving this a 5 star review was 1, my husband killed a small cockroach during the first night of our stay. 2 there is nowhere near enough parking near the rooms. During our last night there we couldn't find any place to park on the side of the hotel where our room was and had to park on the other...

"We stayed here through Cherokee Nation and then paid for our own room for a month. Our experience with the front desk and cleaning staff was always pleasant. We never had any issues personally, however, any issues that anyone else had was very well known to everyone because they stood out in the halls and screamed the whole time. "Clean, comfortable, and up to date! My only complaint is that it’s a little bit pricey, but if you’re really into going to the casino, then it would be good. I didn’t actually even go to the casino. I like the option of adults only pool after 9 PM. And they even had gluten-free rice crispy treats!! "
