The shuttle service from downtown Juneau is very helpful, but staff gave misinformation when we called to arrange a ride on arrival (shuttle provides rides on set schedule, not when requested as we were told). Early morning shuttle to airport was easy to arrange and appreciated. First floor rooms hear 2nd floor activity. Eye masks are provided (no room darkening window treatments)....
