Check in seemed to go fine. I seemed to interrupt the employee when I came in but it concluded well. I like the room location and the view actually was over the parking lot where my car was parked so it was nice to be able to check on that. The desk clerk seemed confused about my room service questions and neglected to explain that there was a small piece of paper with my room key that had a QR code with a menu for room service as well as the internet password. I had to call down for both. It would have been nice to have that pointed out as I had not stayed at this hotel before. I would also say the tv was quite challenging and I ended up just using my iPad because the tv volume was so loud and I could not lower and the channels and remote were just too much of a hassle to figure out. Overall, I would probably stay here again but be aware of these couple things to make your stay a little easier.

Liked that the staff gave me a quiet room on the opposite side of the I95. Didn’t like that there wasn’t an EV plug-in.

There were hairs in the tub and sink and on the toilet when I got to the room. New bedsheets but room didn’t look clean. Dust on the shelves in the bathroom. Asked for a tub, it’s tiny and the shower head is really low so beware if you’re taller than 5’7”. Hotel is dated.

Our room needed some updating. The ceiling paint in our bathroom was peeling badly. Also, the walls were not all that clean. We had two rooms, the second had no trash bags, no ironing board, and the toilet was moldy. Also the shower head was pulling out of the wall. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not operating, and smelled badly in the area. For the room prices, breakfast should have been included.

What otherwise would be a fantastic place to stay just became a little bit higher up than a hole in the wall that you should avoid. I saw housekeeping, she couldn’t understand so she held up a towel, shook my head, but she never came back. I called the front desk for a towel, but I never got that I called the front desk for several items which never came up. After staying there, I called managers twice nobody ever called me back. We lost power while I stayed there, and there was absolutely no emergency planning place, no communication between management in the rooms, and zero heat. They had no back up generator for the rooms so that food would not spoil. I’m not a stickler on shower curtains, but the one that I saw was completely covered in mold at the bottom. I suspect that all of the efforts are going into events downstairs… Because the rooms are a mess. I saw a coffee stand that was on the wall from two months before that… It’s a hotel, in fact it’s dirty. The poor management leaves a less than welcoming place to stay. The restaurant was an absolute Joke. Twice ordered a steak, medium rare, they came out uncooked… Not even close to being cooked property. We also ordered a meal to have later on that night, which was supposed to include a crabcake… It did not include a crabcake, and of course, there was nobody there to help with that because the power had gone out… And of course they could not refund the money for the $15 crabcake that I never got. Don’t stay here.

My son and I enjoyed our stay at the Doubletree hotel. The front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were amazing, and the food and drinks were delicious. My son really enjoyed the pool.

Took my family on a day trip stayed overnight. The hotel was very dated. The bathroom amenities were not stocked. The beds are very old and you could see had been very worn out. The shower was still dirty. Would not recommend Staying here

Stayed here because our daughter was going through MEPS and this is the hotel for all recruits. But we’d stay here from now on anyway. Super friendly staff! Room was spotless and just smelled fresh and clean. Beds were comfy and even though our room was right outside the elevators (normally *hate* that) we never heard a thing. Very nice stay!

The hotel was nice and clean. The pool was warm and great for the kids. We stayed for 2 nights and our room did not get cleaned in the middle of our stay. We found that odd. Everything else was great.

Check in was easy, pool was under construction. It should be posted on site, as that was a deciding factor for children. Kids had bathing suits on and walked to lobby only to be disappointed. Information would have prevented this.

The hotel had a great bed very comfortable and restaurant and bar had great service, pricing and value for the portions and good food. The bad of this place was no face clothes in our room when we checked in, bed sheets under the bed from god knows when and even after advising the front desk they were still there later in the day, the ac unit is noisy as all get out and no garbage can in the room. The soap dispensers for the shower are not checked as ours was empty. The fridge does not run very cold and they dont allow you to re-use your towels, we got new ones the next day when we hung ours up to re-use. They kicked me off wifi after the first day and had to go through the whole process of getting signed on again. No email for the Manager so i can reach out directly to share more with him both good and bad.

Check in was easy enough, our room and bed were uncomfortable and small. The toilet had problems and plugged, the first time a man came and plunged it. When it happened the second time I called for the same problem I was told they would be up…and no one came up. Not impressed.

Hotel lost power due to snow storm weather. My hotel room did not have any electricity. I contacted front desk, they reported generator is on for the elevators and hallways. Room was cold and uncomfortable. Also, Hotel should have collaborated with engineering to determine if the septic system is working-toilet. Will not be a guest at this hotel in upcoming future.

So we had no electricity from 9pm till 9am in the middle of a winter storm. They closed the bar, closed pool, but left the front doors open which continue to make lobby area freezing. Our room was freezing cold, we got no sleep, our food went bad in the fridge and to add insult to injury when we requested a later check out check of 1pm in order to shower and get adjusted since the electricity just came on we were told “NO, because they were booked up that day. Unfortunately for them I had already been online to see if they had availability and needless to say they had rooms available to reserve so booked up was a complete lie.

The Room was recently remodeled and was excellent huge flatscreen TV plenty of hot water that was comfy pillows were perfect all a perfect day for a business. Overnite travel great shuttle to the airport on time clean check-in staff was very Friendly and courteous

The kids loved the pool and we spent quite a few hours enjoying it. The room was clean and comfy, but it was a little loud. I could hear everything in the hall and in the rooms next door.
