Staff were not friendly or conversant, only focused on the task of completing check in process. The showers are awful! The beds and pillows are good. Very noisy location with tractor trailers braking on the interstate all night. Breakfast was average. Nothing special. The location is convenient to the airport and the shuttle service was great!

Airport shuttle was incredibly slow picking us up. Our room booking was messed up. Gym is very small, breakfast is adequate. It’s a hotel close to the airport, nothing more.

The property is currently undergoing renovations. The first room we had on the ground floor had a broken window that was only being held closed by a loose screw someone put in the frame. After pointing this out to the front desk we were moved to a different room.

Clean, comfortable room. Very reasonably priced. Would have liked an ATM machine in the building. Apparently, when remodeled, the machine was taken out. That was the only thing not a positive.

Had to pay xtra for parking, was not advertised as paying for parking while on trip. Also mentioned needing a ride to airport and when I went to check if shuttle was still coming they said no, lucky I checked and had time to get a shuttle. Poor communication from night crew. 😞
