Unfortunate Circumstances

"In an unfortunate turn of events, my 97 year old Mother broke her leg the night before I was to check-in. The Hotel gave me a full refund without question, unlike Marriott, who I had a reservation with the night after my stay here and have elite status with. I will definitely rebook my stay here once my Mom is on the mend."
