The rooms were out of date and in need of upgrades. The bathtub didn’t drain and had a bump in the floor of the tub. They didn’t come in daily to change towels, make beds and take garbage out. The breakfast wasn’t the best. Minimal choices.

The front staff was friendly on arrival but it went downhill after that. The bed was horrible! The mattress was covered in plastic and it was covered with a flat sheet that came off once you laid on it. The mattress was three years past its expiration! The property needs a major renovation.

It's usually very difficult for me to sleep in hotels, but here was a different experience. I got a good night sleep every night we were there. The beds were very comfortable and a peaceful area. The staff was so helpful & welcoming. Anything we needed or asked for, they were very prompt. Will stay there again if we're in the area.

Went to relax on eclipse day with 75'F. Pool water is dirty and smelly. So try to take hot bath, water was rusty and no hot water. Remote control is not work. Stuffs are friendly.

What I didn’t like about the screen, and our window was bent and it had a big hole in it very unsafe for little children. Also our door had a nice size gap in it so if it was not locked, you could easily kick the door in. I think maintenance should check on that room 205 but other than that the stay was very nice. The breakfast was convenient I like the bathtub, the room was very stuffy though as if it needs a humidifier in there .

nice and clean room. super loud and fire alarm went off @4am for 20 minutes and there was no fire. for 80 dollars a night not a bad stay.

We arrived around 7pm there was so many kids running around from the pool hallway to elevators were soaking wet there was food on the floors in the elevator on top of the water from all the unsupervised kids 5-10 years old running around we left to get food come back to fire trucks outside the hotel some kids caught a popcorn bag on fire in the room …honestly wish I could have a full refund …I didn’t know you are allowed to have full blown parties in the rooms ….and breakfast was so inconvenient being there was a lady in there standing in front of the waffle machine for over 20/30 min making food for everyone in there group even tho they were just randomly showing up so nobody else could make breakfast cause she had the whole area take. Up
