"It was a secured building in the Palermo Soho district. The room was spacious with a kitchen, dining area and living room. There was a balcony with a nice street view. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. There were plenty of eateries in walking distance in a trendy area that didn’t feel touristy at all. Plenty of Ubers in the area with minimal wait."

"O apto estava bem limpinho qdo chegamos. As tvs funcionando, ar condicionado funcionando. Tudo em perfeito estado. O apto possui itens básicos de cozinha, como alguns pratos, talheres e xícaras é necessário levar alguns itens caso queira fazer alguma refeição no apto. Mas, isso não foi um problema. A pia do lavatório estava um pouco entupida e o chuveiro torto jogando água para a parede. No mais, a recepção do hotel é bem organizada e o atendimento bem rápido. "Very cute place, but the live room tv doesn’t work and it’s not a king size bed it is two twin beds together, also on the picture showing 4 sleeping pillows when you get there is only two flat foam pillows. The shower bar is following of the wall and the a/c makes a lot of noise. They have coffee machine for expresso capsule only and you can’t strain the coffee."

"Although somewhat dated, the apartment was spacious, well- equipped, and centrally located within easy walking distance to groceries, shopping, and dining. A bit noisy as it it nearva major road. All in all, a good location."

"O quesito que para mim tem que melhorar foi a questão da televisão: só havia streaming como opção. Não havia opção de canais abertos, poderia colocar colocar canais de televisão via internet. Outra questão não há filtro nos apartarmentos. A minha unidade ficava voltada para Rua e no 16º andar, e eu acordava ouvindo o barulho do trânsito. Uma melhora seria a acústica da unidade. Na minha opinião esse quesito iria melhorar muito a experiência do cliente. "

Cortina do quarto de casal precisou ser montada depois que reclamei. Estofado das poltronas da varanda muito rasgados, sem condições de uso. Tinha máquina de lavar o que foi ótimo. A cozinha poderia ser melhor equipada. "
