Got to the hotel a little after 1am due to a flight delay and they had already “run reports” and couldn’t honor my prepaid reservation, so they spent about 45 minutes trying to figure out how to bypass the computer system to get me into a room. Once they found me a room I had to come back down to the lobby 2 additional times because the key didn’t work. Then they used a master key to let me in but the heater and most of the lights didn’t work. Bed was very comfortable though

Location, cleanliness, staff, food, and beds were excellent. The only thing that was a bit of a struggle was the wifi. Healdsburg in general has terrible Verizon reception, so wifi is pivotal. If they can boost the signals, I'd give it a 10/10.

I was very disappointed by the room - specifically the bed. I had a 'king' bed that was clearly 2 twins pushed together which is usually fine, but each twin mattress was in terrible shape with a big slump in the middle. It was similar to a hammock. When pushed together there was an elevated ridge in the middle and 2 slumped down mattresses on either side. I've never seen anything like it! The room was very plain with one picture and mostly bare walls. Interior design and window coverings were poor. Floor coverings (area rugs) were minimal and the floors were cold. The entry level, restaurant and garden are beautiful and well decorated. The food was good, but not great. Overall very disappointing for the price, I would not return to the H2hotel.

Fabulous hotel. Lovely staff, front desk very helpful. They have introduced valet parking which is very reasonably priced at $20 a night (I think, definitely wasn't more than that). Breakfast was inclusive, but there were also paid for options as well. All the food was very good. Wifi superb. Pool (which is outside) is quiet, and bigger than it looks in the photos.

Convenient and comfortable
This is a nice and modern hotel. It was comfortable and close to the plaza. The only thing I didnt like is that to get to the pool you have to go through the restaurant. I wished the pool had a different entrance. The pool is little but my husband and I were able to enjoy it.

We had an awesome stay! The bed was beyond comfortable and the room was perfect. I was disappointed to find random charges on my credit card when I got home that we didn’t make. Getting those removed took time and was annoying. Otherwise, it was a wonderful weekend.

Highly Recommended Hotel
Beautiful hotel, very clean and quiet. Great location for shopping, restaurants, wine tasting and walking around the square. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

Thé staff was wonderful and really addressed every need we had. The hotel is conveniently located, clean and modern. My family really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.
