No one was there when i got there at 1 pm. Which was an hour before check in. Someone finally showed up and said check in wasnt till 2. Then at 2 they went upstairs and came back around 220. Not very friendly but not entirly rude either.

Never again, very poor customer service. The room are very dirty with very bad smells of cigarettes the carpets are burn from cigarettes ashes. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The photos on Expedia hotel descriptions is very old and did mach the current condition of the room everything is outdated and very dirty!

Immersed in a previous Communist area, the Hotel has that particular flavor to it. There is audible noise from adjoining rooms to the point of hearing people in bed when they have intimate relations. There is no Restaurant as advertised. Breakfast is a block away in another hotel. Sone of the front desk staff pay more attention to smoking cigarettes than to requests to have your laundry done. Always order a taxi thru their app and never pick up from the street as they do not know how to get to the place. Bad choice

I stayed at this hotel for about 2,weeks. The staff in general were really friendly professional and always willing to help me. Communication was superb since all of them speak good English, there’s even a girl in the front desk who speaks very fluid Spanish for those who feel a little shy to try English. They always managed to accommodate me since I never make prior reservations. I felt like they wanted to stay there as i always assured I was only interested in their hotel. Just right around the corner, there is a hotel-restaurant connected to hotel Favorit, they offer excellent breakfast for an affordable price. The cleaning lady used to knock on my door to change towels in a daily basis which I considered unnecessary but highly appreciated…The area is quiet, safe and close to all public transportation. There are some restaurants around the area too. If I had to go back to Sofia one day, i would definitely choose the Favorit Hotel. Highly recommended!!!. Thank you all for making my stay pleasant and enjoyable.

Great room & comfy bed, though was given a double rather than a twin, which was requested. Breakfast was nice, with enough options to fill you up. You had to go to their sister hotel to have breakfast, which was about 40m away.

We stayed in Favorit hotel 2 months ago and had a room on the 5th floor, which was okay. But this time we stayed, our room was on the 1st floor and it was a lot better. We liked it very much, room comes with a balcony, comfortable bed, bathroom has everything we need. We will definitely stay here again.

The girl in the front desk was able to accommodate me in one of the best rooms although the busy congestion of guests. She took her time and worked hard to keep me in the property when I decided to stay another 4 days. I highly recommend the favorit hotel to those who can’t afford the heart of the city. Cleanly impecable and always attentive to satisfy my needs. If I had to come back to Sofia, i would definitely choose this hotel again. It’s safe, quiet, and friendly.

Well located hotel a block in from the main road linking the bus/train stations to the city centre, about 5 mins walk from Lion Bridge metro. Staff were always kind, room was spacious with a balcony, very comfortable and the bedding and bathroom clean. The carpet was a bit grubby, and a few of the fixtures needed an update but not really an issue for me. Building work nextdoor started at 6am!!

DON'T BOOK THIS PLACE! This hotel is horrible. The 10/10 reviews are obviously fake. Our room had a filthy, ancient carpet. The mattress and box springs had no frame; they were on the floor. The box springs were urine-stained. The sheets were for a different-sized bed. The pillows smelled. There was no shower curtain and only one towel. The desk clerk was nice but argued with us when we complained, saying they just couldn't get help to clean. There were young females loitering outside the front door late at night. There were people hanging around smoking, including the desk clerk. There is no restaurant, these is no bar, there is no room service, and there is no luggage storage. We left the following morning, asking Expedia and the hotel for a refund of the two unused nights. We have photos to prove the deplorable condition.

Hotel is located on a quiet street. Conveniently located close to the Centeř, and also to the train and bus stations. Great breakfast at the hotel next door. All the toiletries and towels provided. Clean. However, some furniture is dated, and carpet looks old and stained. This hotel lists a luggage holding service, and there is a room for that. However, when we asked the front desk person to hold it after checking out, they refused. They mentioned they couldn’t guarantee the safety of the luggage.

Nice place, very quiet at night being in Residencial area. Comfy beds good shower. Breakfast in hotel nearby good too. Close to Lavov Most Metro 400m. Staff were happy to help at all times.

Great location
Great location with restaurants and supermarket nearby, also lots of public transportation to get you anywhere. The hotel is nice, clean, great shower and A/C. The bed is comfortable, a mini fridge, a table and chair is in the room. The restaurant downstairs is good and they also have great coffee. I will recommend this hotel. We will stay here again.

Reasonable price
This hotel is very clean and comfortable, it comes with a mini bar in the room for a fee. The bathroom has a bathtub, soap, towels, and small shampoos. There is no safe in the room, just a closet. The A/C works great. Lots of sunlight comes in if you have a room facing the front of the hotel. The elevator is small, but works nicely. The staff is okay, they all speaks English well.

I tried to rent a car whith a flyer in Hotel room for RC rentalcargroup. I never recieved the car and once they RC car group had my Bank card they did not provide a way to get in touch. The same e mail I recieved a message from an un monitored adress. I was told via e mail that the rental could not be processed but I was charged anyway. This is a scam! Do not rent a car from this company.

My new Favorit in Sofia. I've stayed in places all over Sofia over the years but this has the perfect blend of nice staff and a nice room that offers everything including a balcony.

Check in was 2pm. I got to the hotel from the airport at 1pm. No one at the reception. There was a sign next to a bell ringer, that says: Be right back in 5 minutes. Since check is not until 2pm, I sat and waited. I was tired from my walk anyway. 1:30pm came still no reception. More people came, still no reception. But, by 1:45pm, reception showed up. I received my key card and my room on the 5th floor. The room was clean, but the carpets had white stains. Breakfast was included which was located 500 meters away. Good strong coffee, juices and water to drink. I am an early riser and ate my breakfast early, so there was plenty to choose from. The location of this hotel is close to a lot of businesses. Metro was very near if you don’t like to walk. I walked everyday to city center, public transportation is nearby. Swing pesa train number 27 and 18 was constantly raining for 1.60 lev, very reasonable. I would stay here again convenient to everything.
