My only reason for not giving this property 5 stars is that even though their website states that it is a non smoking property and I specifically called the front desk and was assured it was non smoking in both the hotel and casino, the casino area is smoking. You have to walk through cigarette smoke odor to get to the elevator to your room. Having said that the room was smoke odor free.

Thank you for filling out this review. I am sorry for the confusion on the smoking. Our casino has always been smoking but the hotel rooms are smoke free.

Fun trip, some changes
It was a nice visit and stay. But if you’ve done check cashing in the past; bring a blank check. They’ve changed processors and will need to put you back in. Also, breakfast buffet is just viscounts and gravy and waffles and pastries. It used to have eggs and sausage etc. that was a let-down. Over all it’s a nice place to stay. Pool still closed for remodel

Just one problem with the hotel room
Lovely spacious room BUT the bathroom door was a sliding door with slats and frosted glass. So you could see a shape sitting down on the toilet. It was a bit disconcerting. We had a great stay besides that.

We were comfortable. The room is perfect for what we needed. Internet is amazing. We both had to work and we had no connection or speed issues. The room was clean except my OCD daughter found lint by the bathroom wall on the carpet. We only asked for service once and she didnt mop the bathroom floor but we just put another towel down. Overall we were very relaxed the entire 5 days we were there.
