Bit like a Premier Inn, you know what to expect
Generally I enjoy staying at this hotel. However, it bugs me they use disposable shower gels, cups etc. The hotel looks pretty new and I a quite, comfortable place to stay. It’s part of the football ground, so idea if you’re going to a game. Standard breakfast buffet type arrangement. Oh, it also has a mega climbing wall! Be nice if they vacuumed the rooms too. Not overly dirty, just in need of more care when cleaning

Lovely stay
Its a nice hotel for us, friendly staff,good breakfast , its in a good location to get into germany and Belgiumand other tourist areas the town center in sittard has shops and plenty of restaurants

Bad service when checking in. Bad service in the restaurant. Moll on the walls in shower and small bugs in the shower and the room.

Poor customer service
We have not stayed at Fletcher since Covid. Restaurant was not up to previous standard. Front desk receptionist was insistent on collecting @6 euros for early check although she did not collect the fee from other guests. A manager made arrangements for is to check in without the fee and she was resisant, stubborn and unhelpful. Probably will never recommend Fletcher to friends. Bad customer relations.

First night in the Netherlands, not forgotten
Fantastic service at the hotel, my first time out of Scotland and I spent it in the Fletcher hotel. Greeted by two lovely people who both spoke English, filled in the details and gave them the car registration for parking. Got my keycard and was in my room within 10 minutes, very kind and understanding staff. Room was clean and big enough, I got the deluxe room, didn't know the bed was split though, Which was interesting as this was a couple's trip. Lovely rainfall shower changed my experience in showers, the bed was super comfy, not a problem at all sleeping. Room service are on the ball and WILL want to clean your room hahah. But just leave the hanger up and they leave a little bag of goodies. Overall amazing time, really made my first trip one to remember.

Average but clean, friendly staff.
Average hotel. Clean, but small rooms. Rooms very noisy, a lot of noise coming from the alley and neighbors. Value for money is good, as pricing is very friendly. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Clean and modern
Great modern and clean place to stay. Go to the “Markt” in downtown Sittard for wonderful restaurants. Highly recommend the tapas restaurant.

The hotel is built inside a large sports center and is connected to a large football stadium. There is a nice gym facility that opens at 8:00 that is managed by a different company. The breakfast is nice

The bed was so comfortable and the staff very welcoming and friendly. Only down side being the additional charge for the leisure facilities including the pool which was unexpected

Great hotel I was over to watch the football and it is right next door to stadium. Modern rooms although showers need cleaned better. Plenty to do onsite eg restaurant bowling spa and only 15 minute walk from Sittard centre

Reasonable location.
Overall everything was great. The doors to the outside crossing other people were a bit annoying when carrying things but not a huge deal. Location is fine if you have a car. I didn't try the gym facilities but they looks fine. Staff was friendly, but I knocked off a point to the hotel due to the fact my bill charged my family for breakfast, when we didn't eat breakfast. Fortunately I had a print out of my bill since it seemed high, caught it, and the receptionist refunded that part, but makes me wonder how often this happens and somebody doesn't notice.

Basic, Modern Hotel
The hotel is situated outside the city center, close to the highway. it is clean, basic, modern hotel. It is in a wellness building with facilities like spa, bowling, etc. The room I stayed at was in a different building accessible via a connecting steel walkway. if you are in stilletos, this would be a huge challenge to cross. the wifi in the room works, but constantly drops so I could hardly get any work done, there's a basic buffet breakfast in the restaurant.

Pleasantly surprised!
I'm glad I booked my stay before reading the reviews! Brilliant hotel complex with the rooms situated on the underside of a football stadium!(one stand, anyway) All very new & clean, with an excellent shower. Yes, there's a bit of a hike from reception to your room/your room to the restaurant, but it's not as bad as has been made out. On site there is a bowling alley, huge climbing wall, sports halls & a spa/sauna (which is naked). Couldnt have selected a better hotel to be in for 10 days work!

Simple Business Hotel
Hotel is very clean and new, modern but also simple. It is situated in a Football Stadion and Room Service is only per Request. The Restaurant is a good choice for Breakfast and Dinner! Alltogether a simple short Term stay.

It's a new hotel next to big sports complex with wellness center. It looks the Wellness and sports facility wons the hotel. So if you are planning some sports events with accomodation. there are no better hotel than this. The staff were nice. I(I had a issue with the heating of the room but they changed the room immediately). The restaurent was fair. The bed is comfort enough but I don't like the design of the room. The shower room and toilet are sharing one sliding door (if one is closed, the other is opend), which is uncomfortable to me. And you need to make sure you have the car. The rest, it's fine

De kamers zijn erg gehorig. Je hoort je buren als ze rustig lopen door de kamer of de gordijnen dicht doen. Verder zijn de kamers erg kaal, er hangt niets aan de muur. Toilet en douche zoals in een kleedruimte van een voetbalclub en de kamers zelf zijn verstopt onder de tribune van een voetbal stadion. Allemaal weinig sfeervol.
