The mattresses during our first stay was so soft and comfortable. That was the main reason for returning. It was a bit disappointing the next stay because the room we were put in the door was open and not finished with the cleaning. So the next we got moved to was also the same, the third was not closed but was cleaned. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Furnishings and decor were a little too “industrial” for me. There was no comfortable chair or recliner in the room. I’m 70 and it would have been good if there had been a bench or shower stool in the shower.

Not sure about the sliding door for a bathroom. Not much privacy. Okay with a spouse but uncomfortable if travelling with a friend.

The use of the barn door to either close off the bathroom or closet was interesting but this gives the bathroom a lack of privacy when the door is trying to cover the opening for the bathroom. The bed was very comfy. The chair and ottoman were hard as rocks. Gaps in the door to the hallway lets light in at night.

This is typically what me of my favorite is places to stay when I travel to Sioux Falls. However, this trip I was a little unhappy with the property. One of the main reasons I always book here is the gym facilities. They were unavailable this go around due to a door issue. My room appeared to be clean however, there was a ton of gray hair all over the floor that collected on my socks. I know this is typically not the norm so I didn’t say much about it. I will give it a try again in the future with hopes of better results.

I found garbage on the floor in my room when I walked in. The bed was very comfortable and the pool was nice. Snow limited the parking to the hotel.

Not well rested....
Hotel is very clean and comfortable. We stay here often when visiting family nearby. Normally no complaints but I cannot say that this time. On the second night of our stay, we were awakened at 1 am by the front desk calling both of our rooms saying there was a noise complaint from the floor below. Instead of going up to the 4th floor to confirm IF there was a noise problem (which there was not from our rooms since we were sleeping!), the desk clerk decided to call our rooms at 1 am and wake our entire family up. Our night of interrupted sleep did not make for a well-rested drive home

Overall the property and rooms are cute, and nice. The cleaning was questionable in our room, throughout on the surface looked good. The room doors could use some resistance as they kindof slam and that is loud in the morning, and breakfast left much to be desired. But I was there for the free breakfast or to sleep in, so I’m not terribly bothered by either. I would stay again.

New, but needs work!
This is a new hotel and on the surface it seems great, however it became abundantly clear the level of quality and work that went into construction was subpar. In our room the bathroom door was the sliding barn door style. It did not have a lock. It also did not close properly and left a large gap on one side of the door so there was zero privacy. The shower door did not seal properly and the floor flooded anytime the shower was used. Upon check in, we were given room keys to an already occupied room. Fine, no big deal. They switched our room, but when we got there we discovered it had the wrong number of beds. It took another 30 minutes for the staff to find us a proper room. There was no sense of urgency at the situation, and zero apologies. I understand issues happen, but the lack of customer service was extremely frustrating.

Might be a good idea to have families with kiddos on first floor. The noise from jumping from the room above us was a bit much. Jumping is just plain fun!

The room was a great value for a one night stay, but would rather have a microwave than a safe. Also was in a room with a handicapped seat in the tub. BUT the floor of the tub was.so slippery that i almost fell twice. I had to put a towel in the bottom of the tub to keep from slipping!I did bring it to the attention of the desk clerk and he was.very apologetic and hopefully there will be something in the bottom of the tub before someone falls. Bacon was good for breakfast.but could have used eggs for Frisbees. What i loved is that it was right next to strip mall and variety of restaurants. Wouldn't really have to go far to go shopping.
