Property was very clean and room was well thought out. It was a nice hotel with nice features. The place itself was very a bit distanced from main district, at least 20 mins from everything, but they did have a limited shuttle service and ride shares are very easy to get. The staff were good.
Our bathroom and carpet were definitely a bit worn down, but everything else ESPECIALLY THE STAFF was excellent!!!
America has much to learn from this place. 10/10 would stay again and reccomend to anyone going to Singapore.
I was disappointed in this property. Every hotel I go to soon as you arrive you receive help with your luggage and the bellboy takes it in the hotel for you. Soon as I arrived there was no staff to be seen, I was carrying my child who was asleep and had to leave all my luggage outside and go in the hotel reception looking for staff to help bring my bags in.
When checking in I was told if I register with Accor I can get free upgrades which was a lie as I got the room I booked and there was no 'upgrade'. My room was not clean everyday, just towels were changed and not all the old towels were collected. The water from the bidaai in toilet was leaking out soomuch water as well.
I booked half board and the main reason for this was because I have a child and this makes it easier. When I went to the hotel restaurant for dinner I was told half board is a la carte and not buffet. I was disappointed as there was no mention of this when booking and it should have been stated as children are picky and I thought it was buffet so I can choose from many options for my child. I chose an option on a la carte for my child which she did not end up eating, had it been buffet like I had initially thought it would be, I would have tried other things to feed her.
I also had no new shower cap replaced. My experience in this hotel was lower than expected and would not recommend for future bookings.

The fact that it had a shuttle to Orchard Road 5 minutes away and was near to the Botanical gardens and a metro station made for a happy stay. The room was excellent and restaurants and bars good too
Manager Shazriena made my check in & check out experience a great one(She's amazing) although other staff members did not seem adequately trained or motivated to assist me and my husband when we were asking updates regarding our unpleasant situation that occured in our hotel room on our first night.
Location good.Public transport good.
All staff very welcoming and helpful

Design of the hotel is great and very comfortable. The gym is 24 hours with sufficient equipment to get in good workouts, and the pools are nice as well. Staff at the front desk are polite and helpful.
Don’t go to breakfast during peak hours; the tables are not kept clean and the food is not refilled quickly. The area isn’t too convenient for public transportation. Towels in the rooms were clearly old and fraying at the ends.

Everything is what I expect from an excellent hotel. Front desk staff made you feel very welcome. The corridor is wide and there is a bench at the lift lobby for you to sit on whilst waiting for your lift. Minor details are very thoughtful. This was my first stay at this hotel and it has surpassed all my expectations, in a nice way.
No towel in 2nd day with staff saying ESG initiative. No slippers within, they noted upgrade but not sure what’s been upgraded. Gave me two beds when I clearly booked for single twin

Novotel does well with this property. Nice, clean , quiet room with perfect and quiet aircon, comfy bed and linen. Seven eleven, small eateries nearby and nice walk to Orchard Rd.

It would be 5 stars rate, only except that the thin paper wall noiseproofing problem. You can almost hear every move or voice of your neighbour room.
It was nice enough, but not outstanding. It was convenient enough, but not especially so. It was clean, but not remarkable. No complaints, but nothing stands out either. I probably wouldn’t ever choose to stay here again, but if I had to, I wouldn’t complain.
This was is a winner! Not usually a big fan of big brand names but this one fits the bill. Need some improvements on the front desk. Hit or miss on front desk staff but try to pick the ones who look like they have been doing it for a while versus the newbies who clearly are clueless on what they are doing. Other departments have wonderful staffing. Will stay again here. Rooms were fabulous!!
Novotel was really good. Interesting is sharing some areas with wall-2-wall Mercure hotel.
I was able to use both pools, whick I liked very much.
If stuff not available at one hotel simply ask another one (umbrella for instance)
Fantastic staff everywhere from the restaurants to the house keeping to the front desk. Eveyone of them greeted me with a smile. I would like to mention Wilson and Lance at the front desk.
Check in took to long for 2:30pm on a Sunday. Also a housekeeping staff walked into my room at 4pm without knocking. But overall the room was clean and bright.
The hotel was nice and in a good location. They offer a shuttle every 30 mins 8am-9:40pm from the hotel to a nearby Novotel which is walking distance to orchard Road. Service was average, we didn’t have much interaction with the staff. The only major let down was the house keeping. They often missed things, didn’t make the bed and one day left a dirty rubbish bag in the room after emptying the bin. We also had the soap taken and none left to replace it. Overall a pleasant stay but a few areas for improvement. There is lots of hotel info on the tv but we didn’t discover this straight away and weren’t told any info on check in.
Worst experience I have had in my years of travelling. Did not get into my room until after 10pm despite arriving at 2:00pm. Previous to that I was sent to room that was not made. The list goes on. My experience was not isolated to me as there were numerous complaints.
