Excellent location off of and connected to T3. Rooms very efficiently laid out. Jewel rooms in excellent condition. Cost to get to and back from Marina Bay/ Orchard road areas around SGD$25-35 and 25-30 min.

I booked this hotel because it’s the one closest to the Changi Airport. You really don’t have to get out in the heat to get to your terminal. The hotel itself is the best since they will provide you with whatever kind of pillow you want. The staff are also very courteous and attentive.

I would love to have had an option for a kids toilet seat attachment as I was traveling with a toddler. I believe this would be a great addition to the rooms here at this hotel.

We were here for a very short overnight before catching a transcontinental flight. The wait to check in was a bit long, but the gentleman at the front desk was very kind. We also received a free upgrade. This hotel is super convenient to the airport, but directions on how to walk to the airport are not clear, so we wasted $15. Tip - The hotel is literally connected to Terminal 3. Take the train. The room itself was very tired. Only instant coffee. I bet it was really nice 20 years ago. The pool looked gorgeous. Too bad we didn’t get to stay long enough to enjoy it. Food / restaurant availability was unclear.

The Crowne Plaza was the perfect overnight spot for our 12 hour layover in Singapore. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. It is walking distance to The Jewel, the highlight of the Changi Airport. There is a great Italian restaurant within the hotel with some of the best brick fired pizza we have ever had!

Beautiful hotel adjacent to airport. You pass through security to get to the hotel requiring a visa available on the spot. The train takes you to the hotel. It is a short walk back to the domed planetarium shopping center which is spectacular and holds a light show each evening.

Amazingly quiet hotel - super sound proofing. We could watch the planes taking off & landing. Such easy access we just wheeled our airport trolley with our cases into the hotel bedroom. Great breakfast and lovely helpful staff. Super swimming pool. Perfect.

Looks like the property has done some renovation. A few things have changed since last we were here (April 2023). Everything is great. The only downside is that they changed their restaurant too. Limited breakfast option. They used to have quite the spread. A little something for every taste buds. I’m missing their Asian buffet section! We were so looking forward to it yesterday morning. Unfortunately, it’s going back to basic bacon and eggs. Anyway, other than that minor change, it’s still a great place to stay for a layover!

This is right next to Jew in Singapore Airport. You can walk to it in 3 minutes. The service is of the highest caliber and the decor is tasteful and thoughtful (they even have a international outlet plug in the room). And it's so quiet in the room despite being right next to airport. I am amazed.

Nice rooms, right at terminal 3, no need to exit the airport. Wonderfum meal at Allora restaurant both for dinner and the included breakfast. Great stay overall.
