"Big unit and ac worked but that’s about it. Weekly clean and towel change only. Everything including pool shut down from 2-5pm in 45C heat?? Espresso and food overpriced by triple than everywhere else. More of a unit rental and your on your own. You can get a hotel for what I paid with full service in a major tourist area rather than this place. Tired building and far from beach, staff service non existent in any front. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there or help."

"Ho soggiornato al B&B "Aragon Cottage Appartamento Le Castella" per due notti e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. La posizione è ideale, a breve distanza dalla spiaggia e dal centro storico di Le Castella. L'appartamento era spazioso, pulito e ben arredato. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili, fornendo utili informazioni sulla zona. L'esperienza complessiva è stata molto positiva e consiglierei questo B&B a chiunque voglia visitare questa bellissima parte d'Italia."

"Staff were not always welcoming and service was more than often poor. Although all inclusive you could only get tea and coffee free at breakfast. Wine at meal times was warm and served in tumbler glasses. The drinks around the complex were served in paper cups, glasses were for those who paid for drinks. "Grand contraste entre la qualité générale de l'hôtel (très bonne) et le service très moyen : aucune d'explication à l'accueil, attente pour la moindre demande (check in, check out, wifi etc...). Le all inclusive s'est révélé être une pension complète puisqu'il a fallu payer pour le wifi (souvent en carafe), l'accès aux transats et parasols sur la plage (pris d'assaut), le lavage des serviettes de bain etc... Ce n'est pas du 4 étoiles : pas de service bagages ni chambres de courtoisie au départ...
