Everything was great but noe gluten free or lactose free options. Also, 12 CHF for parking on low season is a bit much

Ein schoenes, kleineres Hotel am Rande von Sils. Modernisierte Zimmer, relativ klein aber mit angenehmen Design und sehr sauber. Kleiner Fahrrad- und Ski-Raum Restaurant & Fruehstueck im Haus ist ok, nichts besonderes. Ich wuerde es wieder buchen.

The minute we walked into the hotel we had a wonderful greeting by the hotel manager. He was very friendly and was able to provide us with useful information. We got in and had some time to kill before dinner so we went to their 5th floor lounge deck and the manager brought up our beers for us. The view was beautiful there as it had a 360 view of the area. There was even an outdoor area but it was too cold for us to enjoy that. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We also had a patio area, but again it was a bit too cold for us to use it. Breakfast was a continental buffet, but the most memorable was the coffee! Great coffee machine that can make any type of coffee. The food was great! Main downside - the parking wasn't very close to the hotel and was also a paid public lot. We didn't realize this before booking and found it a bit inconvenient. It wasn't too pricey, but was just still a bit of a pain to walk to in the cold etc. We did wind up having dinner at the hotel the first night and had a terrible experience. I didn't want to let it effect my rating of the hotel itself because I did really enjoy my stay. The wait staff was extremely rude and not at all attentive. The food wasn't really anything to be excited over either. Overall it was quite disappointing and i would advise to try other restaurants in the area.

Very clean and tidy hotel with great views. Easy to get to from the bus station. Room was spacious with its own balcony. Dinner was good but breakfast could have had more options.

Das Cervo ist gut an den ÖV angebunden. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet.

Leider war die kein Parkplatz verfügbar und wir mussten auf eigene Kosten das öffentliche Parkhaus verwenden! Sehr ärgerlich und es wurde beim Check-In nicht geholfen. Am anderen Tag haben wir erfahren, dass bei Voranmeldung dies einfacher wäre. Naja....

Colazione povera e non all’altezza di quattro stelle, qualità scarsa. La delusione più grande aver prenotato con hotel.com per due notti e aver pagato 90 euro in più della mia amica che aveva una camera migliore er aveva prenotato direttamente all’hotel per le stesse date.

Sehr schöne Zimmer auch ausreichend gross. Der Service dürfte noch etwas aufmerksamer sein. Einfaches Frühstück hier hätte ich mir noch mehr lokale Spezialitäten gewünscht aber das nur ein Detail. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel für einen Ausflug ins Oberengadin.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und der Service super. Leider sind einige Sachen nicht richtig befestigt oder wackelig. Zudem ging der Föhn leider nicht. Alles in allem ist das Hotel jedoch sehr schön und über diese Kleinigkeiten kann man hinwegsehen. Sicher wieder einin Besuch wert!
