Front desk staff Len was extremely rude!
Would not give any information and just kept refering to call travel agent.
Told me that there was no manager and he was in charge.
Almost yelling at me!
Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was nice. Brakfast was good.
Mosquitoes and lizards in the room.
The Loft is a well priced hotel that has large rooms, clean bathrooms, hot water, good electricity and well placed on the Eastern side of Siliguri. The staff is friendly, the resturant has a good menue. For the money it is a good place to stay.

If you want to stay exactly at the heart of Siliguri which is 10-15 km from the airport and a similar distance from the railway station then it's a good location

Staff in the hotel is very polite and super helpful.
Breakfast had very few options and didn't taste good.
Its an average property, the rooms are spacious but average in aesthetics.

Wonderful , SUPER staff. I hope they are really appreciated by their employer too. Very good food delicious missi roti too. everyone so very caring and useful.
Room too expensive . But pleasant and comfortable. WONDERFUL to be able to open the windows. Expedia does NOT describe the room properly. There is NO terrace or balcony as we understand to the outside!!! Just inside big pleasant hall. All in all staff really made it all very good.

This is a very nice place to stay. The staff is attentive and takes good care of its guests. The only negative is that the beds only contr with a heavy quilt for a cover. If you don't like a very cold room to sleep in then it's way too heavy. If I were to stay again I'd ak for a sheet ti be put on the bed.

Excellent service, so-so housekeeping (tend to forget to replace toiletries), Restaurant very good - well managed by Chef Chogyal. Reasonable value-for-money prices in wide array of items in Saffron Restaurant.
Helpful in arranging local transfers. Front office and restaurant staff spoke good English. Spacious rooms

The hotel is very well maintained with spacious rooms, corridors and guest lounge in the room area. The staff of the hotel is very well spoken and was quick to respond to all my requests. Their restaurant has a subtle ambience with great food.
It is centrally located with taxi stand, railway station and bus stand nearby. Overall a great place to stay for every one

Beware of location if using google maps. It’s located near icici bank on nivedeta road. Staff was courteous and friendly. Location close to airport. We had an early morning flight and this location was perfect.
Newer hotel with a great staff. Large rooms with good rates.

it was not so good because the Hotel Loft did not informed nor conformed booking secondly at tym of booking they promised free breakfast, complmentry tea/ coffe but they charged for it and above all one young slim very faar man (Nepali) sitting at reception counter was rude and uncourteous
