Customer service was amazing!! Overall enjoyed our stay. The only down fall was the beds were hard no cushion.

Upon arrival, the front counter staff person greeted me very nicely. The room was very clean. Only problems we encountered were the heater in the pool wasn't working, so it was extremely cold. Also, the exhaust thing on the ceiling of the bathroom was hanging down some, it was missing a screw.

I loved its location it within walking distance of shopping and places to eat. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I’d recommend staying there if you’re looking for somewhere safe, clean and friendly to stay

Good service, clean hotel.
Room was a little bigger because of ada accessibility arrangement which as helpful. Front desk staff was very helpful and available immediately when we arrived for our late check in. No luggage carts happened to be available but it worked out because our room was close to the door. Shower needs a bit of a lip or some thing to keep water in shower area instead on on the floor,. I placed a towel on the floor which helped. A luggage rack in room would be helpful when two people have suitcases. Room occupants above us asked very heavily and we could hear every step taken into late hours - 11pm.

The hotel was easy to get to, with restaurants within walking distance. The hotel needs some cosmetic work, but overall it was a great place to stay

The bed was like sleeping on wood boards and we were right next to the elevator. It was awful. Loud and annoying all night long.

Close to highway so very noisy. The hotel needs updating. Our toilet was hard to flush and the seat moved around. The tub had mold growing. Carpets looking shabby.

Awesome hotel
Wonderful hotel, very comfortable bed, very clean. Slept very well after a long road trip. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area! Great breakfast provided as well.

Clerk mumbles. She was saying sign this now and handed me a paper folded into fourths. I unfolded it to read it before signing. She said, “just sign it”. I explained that I read things before I sign them. Her attitude ruined the check in process. Otherwise the hotel is great. best one in this area.

Property defiantly needs some work. Toilet barley flushed, at times needed to flush multiple times. Shower curtain rod was loose.. no back to the remote to hold batteries. Carpet in elevator was very dirty.

My group and I stayed for 1 night at this property and we have never been more disappointed in a hotel. We booked a suite as we had 5 people in our room. The room was FILTHY and had a horrible odor when we arrived. (we had to go to Walmart to buy air fresheners just so we could stay) There was trash under the furniture, cheerios all over the floor, the sheets had not been changed (there was hair between the covers and blood/yellow stains all over the duvet), the mirror in the room had not been cleaned, and the whole room smelled like spoiled milk. When we called down to the front desk, the concierge hung up on us and then actually tried to argue about the cleanliness of the sheets. We had hopes of utilizing the indoor pool but found out quickly that it was also dirty. (the water was cloudy and there was a thick film covering the top of the water). The housekeeping staff was rude and walked around the hotel with no shoes on. The hallways also smelled like someone had been smoking marijuana. Overall, the stay was a complete disappointment especially considering the amount we paid for the room. We will not be back to this facility and will take our business elsewhere from now on.
