Very convenient location. The apartment we had was well appointed, and Giuseppe was very helpful booking a restaurant after making recommendations of dining options. The offsite breakfast was a very affordable and abundant selection from options. Free parking available with this apartment nearby was very convenient.

One night is not enough to enjoy this phenom
From the moment we stepped out of the taxi until we got in the hotelier was welcoming, friendly and made sure we had everything from our room to places to eat and drink. On top of that the rooms were comfortable, large in size, beautifully decorated, quiet, cool. The bathroom with jetted tub was particularly nice! Location was excellent with many food and wine options nearby. Will definitely be back for a week next time!!

Our favorite stay in Italy! We were here for 3 days out of our 2 week stay. It was the most enjoyable stay! Beautiful surroundings and with the help of the wonderful owners, we were able to do so much in a short period of time. We will definitely be back!!!

Great place, but Ironically, no Breakfast!
Nice place, good service. It's in a historic part of town and isn't easy to get to by car, but is worth the trouble. Right near everything, including a wonderful art nouveau style cafe that's practically across the street. Good service. The only complaint is you could hear other guests thumping around above, but this is a small, residential style building, so that's something you'd expect. Montepulciano is a great historic town.

Giuseppe was a wonderful host! He is welcoming, helpful, and provided recommendations for dinner & wine tastings. The location of the property couldn’t be be better! There are several view points which are quick to access and a popular breakfast restaurant with view and patio seating right across the street. We loved our stay and would happily stay here again.

Great find in even greater Montepulciano!
The stay at this property was incredible! The husband-wife duo who run this quaint bed-and-breakfast right in the heart of the town of Montepulciano were so welcoming and offered so many wonderful suggestions for great meals and wine tastings within walking distance. I also loved the amount of space in my room, and it overlooked the main street, which allowed for a fun people-watching experience! I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Montepulciano!

Everything great... really good. Overall, I can recommend this place. Hosts were super nice and welcoming. Room very spiffy and well kept. Minor gripes: shower wasn’t great for tall people. Bed not super comfortable. And no A/C. WiFi also a little weak on iPhones. Fine on laptops (even Mac). Finally: parking SUCKS, but that’s a Montepulciano wide issue. Not a b&b specific problem.

This location is amazing and was super close to the christmas markets and the host Luisa and Giuseppe were truly exceptional! From day one they made sure my family was well taken care of, by helping us reserve our dinner reservations and giving us a lot of great information and recommendations for activities to do in the local area. This place was truly an experience like no other and is highly recommended.

We made a reservation for one night, a month ahead. Due to flight cancel, we arrived a day later but Giuseppe found us a room and did not charge us for the night we didn't come.The place is lean and cosy. Highly recommended!!

Bed but no breakfast
We stayed one night during our drive through Tuscany. It's a lovely property--they've made it charming. The room was good-sized for Italy.There was the usual noise of a B&B but nothing crazy. One caveat--there was no Breakfast. The host informed us that we had not booked that as part of our deal. I did not know you had to book breakfast separately--perhaps this is a EU thing? In the US when we stay at B&B, breakfast is always included. Not a big deal, just a misunderstanding. We rose early (as we did our entire trip in Italy) and without breakfast options we left the key and made our way back into the hill country. Overall, its a nice place. One concern--the shower has strange bumps in the floor which make it very uncomfortable to stand. Is this to get you out of the shower as quickly as possible or some kind of traction so you don't slip? The hosts were warm and wanted to recommend restaurants even without our asking. It's an easy climb from the public parking.

Dear Anonymous, thank you very much for your stay and for your review. When you booked the room was very well indicated that breakfast isn't included in the room rate and costs euro 6,00 per person to pay at the check in. Not all the people enjoy continental breakfast and a lot of people have allergy and our breakfast isn't a good option for them. About the shower, we have regular showers with a traction to don't slip and nobody before you said us something about it, if you had signed the review with your name we had also the opportunity to understand in which room could be this kind of problem. In every case our guests can stay under the shower how much they want, isn't a problem for us......perhaps is a problem for the natural resources. About the difference between Europe and Us, perhaps is this the reason because people travel? We hope to host you again, warmest regards Luisa and Giuseppe

Perfection!
We stayed here for 2 nights and wished it was longer. We really wanted to experience "real" Italy, and interact with real Italians! Luisa and Giuseppe are excellent hosts, remained in contact with me up until our arrival. The room was immaculate and I think she said she upgraded us...the room we had was actually more like an apartment!! I hope to be able to stay again some time and if I don't, I will at least tell any friends and family traveling to Montepulciano to stay here.

Modern amenities in a rustic city.
The owner greeted us and helped us get oriented. The room was a two-bedroom apartment with kitchen. Much more than we expected. motion sensor nigh lights showed our way to the bath in the darkness. Central sound system would take more time to figure out than our one night stay.

In Town and wonderful after day trippers leave!
Luisa and Guiseppe are great! Our hosts were so welcoming and suggested places to visit. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for a family of four. The town, and especially our room, were the best choice while visiting the area for 3 nights. We were able to visit many areas around Montepulciano from our home base. THE HOTEL WAS GREAT AND THE OWNERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. IT WAS A LITTLE HARD TO FIND BECAUSE OF THE WAY THE ROADS ARE SET UP AND LIMITED ACCESS. ALSO, PARKING IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT AND YOU HAVE TO WALK A LONG WAY TO GET BACK TO THE HOTEL.

Beautiful spot right in the heart of the town.
First of all the thing you should know is that the town is a walled city like most of the towns in Tuscany. It is difficult to know where to park when you first get there. We ended up parking down at the bottom of the hill and only bringing a couple of backpacks with us up to the room. When we got there Luisa and Guiseppe were so nice, Luisa even came with me to move my car to someplace closer, and when there were no more spots gave up her spot and had me park there and then drove us back up to the hotel. The hotel is situated right in the middle of the town so you can walk to anything you need. The rooms are nice and have everything you need, it's quaint and clean and up a small alleyway. Louisa gave us great recommendations for dinner and things to see. We loved it so much we booked another night for our last night in Tuscany. There are many places to stay in the area, but the people really make this one stand out.

Excellent location in the heart of Montepulciano. The hosts know the town very well and we enjoyed all of their recommendations. They are super friendly and made our stay that much better. Steps away from wine, restaurants, shopping, and views. Leave your car at the bottom of the hill... the entire place is restricted traffic, but you wouldn't want a vehicle there anyways. Breakfast is a little more expensive than some of the other destinations we visited in Italy, but if you're lucky you can get the sole outside table on the balcony at the Caffe Poliziano.

Perfect location but difficult to find.
We arrived in the late afternoon & our GPS could not locate the B & B. We did finally just park and walked to locate it. Once we arrived they were very helpful and gave us their parking space. We brought only small overnight bags since the streets are hilly & narrow. They arranged a dinner reservation nearby & it was perfect. Breakfast we arranged by paying 6€ each at the B&B and they gave us a ticket to use at Caffe Poliziano. It was delicious and a perfect location nearby. We left our bags at the B & B while we toured.

Perfect place, perfect location!
This is definitely a great place to stay while visiting the historic center of Montepulciano. Our room was perfect...very clean, very modern, and right in the heart of the action! We were immediately welcomed by Louisa and her husband (management), they made suggestions for restaurants and wineries to visit. They were very friendly and helpful! I would certainly stay here again!
