"Upon arriving they didn't have our booking. Eventually it was found. Receptionist sent us to a regular room, not the Executive Suite we booked. So back again to get that fixed. Got the exec suite... Cupboards not fixed to walls. Steam room had no instructions. We had booked for 4 people. Then only one bed in the suite. We had to pay extra 16000 KZT for rollaway beds.
