We needed wheelchairs for Darshan and they arranged from hotel and we had seamless movement for my parents. Hotel staff were very courteous. Overall a great satisfaction. "

"This hotel is not suitable at all for recently married couples as they view them with suspicion. Adhaar card / Pan card / DL or any other identity or address proof is not enough for them as they want the married couples to carry wedding card or wedding photo or marriage certificate, strange isn’t? Such kind of suspicion and over reaction from hotel staff is not good at all specially at the Holy place like this. Even after making the online booking they do not know that room has been booked....
