Super easy to locate in town, staff at front desk were super friendly and helpful and the rooms clearly have been renovated very nicely! We even had the unfortunate experience of forgetting my son's laptop at our departure, called the next day and the staff quickly tracked it down and inside of 5 minutes had sent me an order form to have the laptop couriered back to us in 48 hours. So thankful. Property also has several great restaurants only minutes away by walking. Very pleased with our stay!

Stayed one night for a volleyball tournament at the Université de Sherbrooke (about an 8 minute drive from the Delta). The place was clean and newish amenities. Just a touch noisy (soundproofing is not great and the heating was noisy). Otherwise an enjoyable stay and would return if we visit again.

Amazing in every aspect
Amazing stay! Super friendly, accommodating staff. When you walk through the door the lobby has a fresh tropical scent like you’re in a cattiness resort (which by the way, they need to sell - because I want my house to smell like the lobby of this hotel) The premises were extremely clean. The double queen room was very comfortable. We also ate at the restaurant and bar - which was all great! No complaints about this hotel at all. If I am ever back in the area, I will definitely be staying here!

The outside of the building is unappealing. Very urban. It feels like I’m in an industrial complex. The scent hits you as soon as you enter the hotel. It’s a nice smell, but it’s overpowering. The building is old. My room was nice enough. Weirdly laid out. The view was non existent. It overlooked a stone rooftop. Windows didn’t open. Air conditioning was turned off and we couldn’t regulate the temperature to our liking. Bathroom is tiny and crammed. Pretty pricy for what you get.
