This is a nice, clean hotel that takes great care of their guests. I had several special requests during my 5 days stay which they were always happy to accommodate whether the check in person, Lucky, the concierge staff who helped me send FedEx which is not so easy for a foreigner, the cleaning staff, the F and B manager and even the wait staff. Staying there for 5 days and eating the buffets for every meal since I was there for a conference, I did find that the variety of food could have been improved. The Italian restaurant, Mezzo, also needs to improve its offerings in my opinion. Overall, it is not particularly luxurious from Western standards.
