Service and attention to detail needs improving
The overall stay was nice. The room was comfortable and clean. It would have been better if the reception staff paid more attention to detail though - they didn't tell us the breakfast times, opening times and services that come with the executive lounge. Food in the lobby cafe and room service is expensive and not really worth the money, but the breakfast buffet was good. Our room was not ready when we checked in so we were just told to wait - again customer service and detail was lacking for a 5 star hotel.

Very convenient
The staff are very friend with the hotel well located. It is very near to a local park which is quite beautiful at night. It was a fantastic experience if you’re walking at night with your loved ones. Close to shopping malls as well

Great location and service
The location of the hotel was close to Metro and a large shopping mall with many restaurants. There was a beautiful tree forest park that lit up with lights and music within walking distance between the hotel and the mall. The service was great and would stay there again.

Everything is perfect, executive floor and services are real a great advantage. Swimming pool in winter is hardly accessible due to air circulation with the outside doors, which are not hermetic, water also too cold which aded to air flow is really unpleasant.

NICE HOTEL WITH GREAT LOCATION
Another nice stay at this hotel. Its in a new upcoming area but handy for most things. Shopping in walking distance with a new Shopping Area across the park. Hotel as always is spotless and rooms superb (probably bit over the top for me!). Will go back as long as I can afford to because this is great value now but when the area becomes busy it will surely charge more.

Stay a night in this hotel during my stay in SZ! Location is average. However, super Nice service! Nice staff and facilities!!! Room is tidy and neat! The bath tub is huge and with view outside! Quite surprise!! Gym is good! Swimming pool is big. So I would Highly Recommended to all of you looking for a hotel in that area!

Fantastic hotel
The hotel is at the heart of Bao'an district. A good location for people who comes for business at Bao'an district. Walking distance to shopping mall where you can shop and eat. The hotel staff are extremely warm and helpful. For example, a staff came to greet us the moment we waited in line for check-in, and she managed to have us checked in immediately. The breakfast buffet is delicious. We had very good stay there.

Fantastic hotel!
Great facilities, modern, clean, artsy, and excellent always helpful staff. The executive lounge is a nice treat that I used every day multiple times. Not a convenient location if you are in Shenzhen for business, but otherwise excellent!

Visit to Shenzhen.
Nothing very special. Language was an issue. Generally clean comfortable room. House keeping need some help understanding your request. WiFi works well. Problem with hotel shuttle service, only once a day. Hotel staff will try to book a car (Very expensive) or taxi. You really need to ask for shuttle to save cost.

Real 5 star
Always 1st class. Food great, room big, clean. Only downsides are expensive to eat (tuna sandwich in the bar around £14) and drink and also a bit isolated (not much in walking distance). Also spa and pool seems a long way from the hotel although it's really worth the walk!

Great service, food excellent
This new hotel is very nice and is a ten min. walk from the nearest subway station. It's 1-2 stops into the heart of Bao'an proper. The staff were excellent, despite limited English, which I didn't mind at all, they accommodated all my requests as best they were able. The restaurant food was great. My room had a fantastic view of Bao'an and the water (19th floor). It's a bit of a wasteland right now and there are zero shops about. In about five years it will grow to be part of the city. It was an easy cab ride to Shenzhen airport and cost 50 yuan. A couple of small things - despite being a non-smoking room, both the corridor on the floor and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. In all of of the pool, the lobby bar and one corner of the large restaurant there is a constant very loud noise of machinery, presumably air conditioning noise. It was very distracting around the outdoor pool and such a shame in the lobby bar which is beautiful and a piano was auto-playing. It is summer so perhaps the air con was just at full blast. Not a problem in my room though. Spa treatments were nice altho was harder to communicate my needs, spa is beautifully laid out.

not so good, far away from anywhere, for those who come to Shenzhen for business ,this a very bad location. More amazing when hotel call a city cab from the street front the all of the sudden cab fare doubles in the meter, just do not know if this is a hotel arrangement or crook employees.
