The room was REALLY large, the bed was super comfy & we slept well - everything was very clean. The breakfast bar was GREAT & the little lady keeping everything stocked was so sweet!! Enjoyed our stay so much, & we WILL be back!! :)

Avoid this hotel if you can. It is one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. We found bugs in the room, the bed sheets were dirty. The manager and the staff were very unprofessional and rude. Breakfast was below average. Next time we will choose other locations that are close by. This property needs to be inspected by authorities.

We have stayed at this Best Western each time we’ve gone to visit the Jack Daniel’s distillery. And we will definitely be staying there again. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Maybe the worst Best Western we have stayed in for condition. The one staff member we interacted with was pleasant for the few moments we talked. The room smelled and felt very damp/moist even the linen. Fortunately we were only there to sleep a few hours one night. Absolutely will not stay again. If it wasn't midnight by the time we got back to the room and really noticed I may have tried to book a different hotel.

Our stay was pretty good until the last day when we were awakened by a little dog barking nonstop near our room and as soon as they got the dog to stop barking they started mowing so we weren’t able to go back to sleep. Also, our wake up call was late.

Customer service was very good. It was easy to tell that a remodel had been done, but not finished. Floor was missing thresholds and had very noticeable gaps. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was a slow drip at best. The shower had cobwebs in it and 2 spiders. The pull out portion of the couch had a spider crawl out of it when it was opened to be used. We’ve stay at 2 separate hotels in Shelbyville now for a horse show, the next trip will be spent either in a rented RV or a tent.

The rooms were clean and appropriate. The area outside the rooms was clean and tidy. Quiet and parking was good. The pool however, was disgusting. It was beyond terrible. Quite frankly, it needed to be drained, scrubbed and disinfected. Dirty clothes, towels and shoes lying everywhere, trash all about. The water was murky, no chlorine smell at all, and the water had white, globuals of something covering the entire surface. Looked like male bodily fluid. I chose this hotel due to price and having a pool. It was a let down for certain
