For family trip
We stayed in palm wings side. There was clean and peaceful,but it was far away from the sea and dinner restaurant. However, the beach side had some construct process, crowded and too loudly. I did not reccomend beach side for families. WiFi was a big problem because it did not work even palm wings lobi during the holiday. Also breakfast was not good enough, we ate same things every single days. Dinner was beter than breakfast but it was not sufficient.

Bad service not worth the money
Never had a horrible experience like this before. 1. I bought an all inclusive rate the receptionist told me alcohol is not included unless I pay more. The receptionist tried to make me pay more saying i made a mistake in the booking. 2. The staff doesn’t speak any language not English not Russian not anything, my son who only speaks english had a hard time getting ‘water’ from the bar because the bartender doesn’t know what the word ‘water’ means. 3. Cheap food not open buffet, no variety. & borderline rude restaurant staff. 4. If you buy the all inclusive you have to cross the street to get to the restaurant where lunch & dinner are. If you do NOT buy the all inclusive rate, you will have the restaurants right in the same building. 5. I stayed in 3 stars hotels & resorts & got better service & amenities than this ‘5 star’ hotel. 6. Management & staff are a bigger problem than the old facilities of this hotel. 7. On the way to get to the restaurant staff cut tree branches & put it in your way or the path will be full of mud from watering the plants no common sense. I do not recommend staying there. I thought Accor hotels may have better standards than the rest but my stay there will have me stay away from this chain all together.

I liked the beach ,i did not like the restriction when you enter and when to leave the beach ,i did not like the sales peoples too many of them you can not relax ,i did not like the foid they can not provide a simple thing white normal bread for a 5* you have to asked for things should be there anyway . I would not class this hotel as 5* i have been to a less * who provided better services .never again

Novotel palm wing is disappointing as you have to cross the road to other Novotel to do anything like breakfast or access the beach. This is not obvious when booking the room. Also there is hardly any staff for room service.

This was a very bad experience with a very bad stuff. The stuff don't smile to the guest. It was a terrible property. I don't recommend it to anyone in sharm. There is too many properties better than it like stella di mare .

A bit tired. Good location. Way too noisy
I stayed on the beach side which was well located. You can walk to Naama town centre in 10 minutes. The property is showing its age though. The furnishings and rooms are tired. No USB ports and only a couple of single sockets mean that is not very gadget friendly. The WiFi was hit and miss. The main issue is the constant noise from competing restaurants. Common sense should dictate that if the animation is blasting then the beach restaurant should turn it's music off or down. There is no where that is designated as a quiet area and that's a problem for people like me. The food was basic but fine. Overall an OK stay but expensive for what you get and especially considering that Russians and Ukrainians seem to pay nothing money for the same rooms on an AI basis. I worked out I was paying double for B&B, which is irritating.

to be honest I treated badly because hotels.com didn't send my reservation to the hotel as I been told I tried to contact the site through chat no body give me any attention I tried to call there is no free number it will cost me more than 5 usd a minute finally I used my way to solve this matter with hotel Manager he was a gentleman man has enough experience how to protect Novatel reputation I deeply appreciate every things he did I disappoint what Hotels.com has done with me I wil not recommend the site for any one from the time being.

انصح بزيارته
من أفضل فنادق الشرم ان لم يكن أفضلهم لاني ماجربت البقيه. زرتهم ٢٠١٠ و٢٠١١ و٢٠٢١ نفس الخدمه والاجواء الجميله. كان بالغالب اكثر فندق حيوي بالمنطقه والموقع جميل بكن يبغى مشي ١٠ دقائق للاسواق وهذا متعب اذا كنت بتروح اكثر من مره وترجع. المشكله الوحيده هي التكييف اقل من المطلوب في غرفتين مختلفتين وفي جناح الشاطىء والنخله.

On hotel.com it said wifi is free. For me they didn’t have wifi in the rooms. You as to pay to get it. The tv is tiny. Like very tiny.

May be was not lucky with a room, but in my room toilet clogged up, shower was weak. In general the hotel is worn out (may be like many in Naama). Pool, beach, etc are good and taken care of.
