This is probably the best value hotel in sharm for solo travellers: good food and excellent a la carte options, on the beach with bar and jetty to snorkel on reef , Wi-Fi good enough to work Firestick in room, 24 hour bar, not a very large property so mobility is good, aqua park is not the best but will keep kids happy for a while, breakfast now served until 10, fitness room-not yet frequented, sauna etc available. One downside is the long walk from entrance to reception so a golf buggy would be helpful. Premier league football shown In pay bar -pint just over £2. Animation team try to get you active, tennis available. Staff very attentive and helpful. Not much wine available without charge

From the hotels I’ve visited in Sharm in last 12 months, this offers the best value for sole travellers. On the beach with beach bar serving lunch, 24 hour bar, water slides- not used yet, gala dinner and Al a carte superb. Brekkie now extended till 10. Staff exceptional. Rooms dated but fine Wi-Fi good in places and can run the Firestick in the room. May try fitness room tomorrow

Food quality was below average … hardly could see someone with gloves. Bars around gardens and pools doesn’t offer much.. even coffee and soft drinks were bad. Place overall was clean, pool was nice. Aqua park not so fancy but sufficient for the kids. Beach was not as expected. This area doesn’t have sandy beach, unless you are interested in snorkeling.

All inclusive food was plentiful and varied. Cold draft beer. Beach bar serving lunch. Walkable jetty to reef. Plentiful sun beds around pool and beach. Aqua park(didn’t visit) free Wi-Fi through out. Decent entertainment. A la carte was very good. Customer service representative, Doaa, extremely helpful. Toilets near to bars. Not as expansive as larger hotels so mobility not an issue. Great option for budget family holiday on the beach. They need to invest in a golf buggy to transport guests from road gated entrance to hotel reception. Breakfast finishes at 930 and late breakfast is just a few pastries. No sport shown in hotel but there are hdmi sockets on room tv. Great helpful attentive bar staff throughout

Pretty good location. Everything within 20 minutes on bus or taxi. But the property was basic. Definitely more 3* europe standards. Entertainment was apauling compared to other resorts like rixos next door. Food and pool were ok but same everyday and they don't even offer soya/oat milk. Spa you have to pay for everything. And they bother you all the time to try get more money out of you. Exhausting holiday. Glad to be back in Europe. But love Sharm still. Just won't go back to that resort

Worst hotel, You'll waste your money and time
The hotel is very bad and haven't any service, The bathroom which in the reception and beach too were so dirty and there is no tissues also soap in toilets, The food taste are very bad, Also bad room service and you must calling the reception more times if you need maintenance or something in your room. Finally I advise anybody don't visit this hotel and you'll wast your money.

It was good but we need to pay daily internet in my room and others public place, there is Internet for free in the hall only. But I like the food and the price is included in the room price. I really like the beach and the environment it is so beautiful.

It's ok but not great
It might was a 5 stars hotel in the old days, but from my point of view it should get from 3.5 to 4 stars max for the room cleanest and for the overall all, but the pool in awesome and beach. Food isn't that good.

Close to beach, but not happy:(
bathroom in unhealthy condition, my room had mold around bathtub, broken caulking around bathtub, dirty toilet, and running water all night, I took pictures and I want to report to health department, after i complaint, because i was trying different rooms and of them looks the same condition, I was ready to leave that place, but they gave me a better room. Internet bad connection, I couldn't download emails, and internet only at the lobby and some other places close to lobby, not in the rooms, and i ask for internet cable in my room and they did not provide that. bedroom with not picture & broken chair.

The sea here is difficult to access due to the reef flat that is only ankle deep at high tide. WiFi is advertised but was totally inadequate and I was unable to use my phone for emails or even texting. The room was comfy but shower water pressure was abysmal so much so, that between 5:30 and 6:30 pm I had to use the pool showers to get any kind of useful flow. There was no shampoo/conditioner or soap in the bathroom. First hotel I've ever stayed in that didn't supply these facilities. Overall, the hotel was OK and the staff tried very hard to provide good service. The towel card arrangement is fine until someone steals your towel! Then you have to pay USD 15 for a new card and hence towel. Don't lose your towel!

Je suis vivante c’est bien
Tourista tous les jours , régime riz seulement finissant par perdre du poids , le pire ça était le resto barbecue à réservation, la viande a bien bronzé posé depuis 17h jusqu’à 19h . On supplier pour les serviettes ,pour tout , on pouvait pas se poser tranquille à la piscine sans qu’un vendeur vienne nous réveillé, il y a un jour où j’ai voulu prendre une tasse de riz et du citron pour ramener à une amie malade cloué au lit à cause de la tourista et bah refus c’est interdit sauf si c’est eux qui l’amène pour facturé ensuite ,une fois moi même j’étais malade au Cap-Vert rien avoir avec une tourista et mes copines m’ont ramené un petit dej complet sans problème c’était à l’hôtel riu.les coupures de courant répétés Dieu seul sait si la viande et autre sont bien conserver. Les serviettes de piscine ne sont pas lavé ,si vous les voulez propres faut aller tôt le matin mais on les a bien observé si la serviette de machin et pas trop mouillé il redonne à une autre personne, trace de saleté fallait pas chopé autre chose alors je lavais moi même et gardez plusieurs jours . Demander des chambres éloigné de la piscine la musique ultra forte des 10h non stop dites adieu à la sieste. Les cocktails si vous ne buvez pas d’alcool c’est du colorant . Bref si vous avez des estomac solide allez y

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Was uns etwas gestört hat ist, dass scheinbar Mäuse oder ähnliches im Luftkanal waren. Alles andere war wirklich super, vor allem das Korallenriff am hoteleigenen Strand ist sehr sehenswert.

Camera molto spaziosa, comoda da raggiungere, letti comodi, accesso alla spiaggia vicinissimo, comodo il bar ristorante in spiaggia che permetteva di pranzare anche li sempre incluso nel all-inclusive. Unico neo la palestra gratuita scarsamente attrezzata e soffocante. Consiglierei vivamente una finestra per il ricircolo dell'aria, più creare un area esterna, zona spiaggia con attrezzature da cross fit.

Allora...... pulizia stanze scadente.. pezzi di polvere ovunque, anche a terra a vista e in 6 giorni non è mai stata tolta. Il bagno pessimo da ristrutturare con una porta tutta rotta e ben due volte mio figlio si è graffiato la spalla inoltre a noi mancava un pezzo di marmo del piano del lavabo ed io mi sono graffiata due volte il braccio ... il lavabo era quasi attaccato al water. Tavoletta del water ormai incrostata di feci altrui. La struttura è nell’insieme molto carina un po’ trascurata come manutenzione però il personale c’era sempre anche in piscina bagnini in ogni angolo e molto attenti. Piscina per bambini riscaldata e questa è stata una ottima cosa dato che faceva un po’ freddo. Passiamo al ristorante... nota dolente... nessuna attenzione ai bambini ... sempre le stesse pietanze tutti i giorni e cucinate malissimo. Tutto molto trascurato ciotole per il buffet di verdure tutte spaccate e sporche. Spesso facevano il barbecue ma purtroppo bruciavano le pietanze ( il pesce era nero che ovviamente fa pure male) siamo andati avanti a pasta in bianco e al sugo e pomodori e insalata. Ma la pasta al sugo non era neanche così buono spesso con spezie dentro. Sala ristorante molto trascurata. Acqua calda da bere e coca cola calda. Animazione quasi inesistente la sera zero assoluto manco si vedevano. Giusto acquagym e yoga poi il nulla. Spiaggia molto bella e grande con pontile che però arriva dopo la barriera corallina quindi mare ghiacciato e profondissimo molto mosso

Hotel dignitoso un po`datato ma altre qualita`!
Vacanza bella,hotel accogliente personale simpatico e disponiblie ci torneremo sicuramente. Molte grazie ad Ali responsbile ristorante,simpatico disponibile e professionale.Spazi comuni e piscina molto belli la spiaggia potrebbe essere tenuta un po meglio.
