"The hotel staff is very helpful and courteous.
There was problem checking in because of my booking did was not sent by hotels.com to the hotel so my family had to wait for over an hour for check-in in the lobby.
The second big problem is they do not have King size bed in master bedroom, it’s queen size instead and the other bed room has 2 single bed’s instead of double beds as they advertised and I paid for. This was disappointing and uncomforting."

"Excellent location, but the road in front of the hotel is often congested. The property is not new but perfectly maintained and is impeccably clean. Perfect for business stay, also nice for leisure.
The key selling point however is the staff. With all capitals: THE STAFF. I have never had such an experience with any staff in any hotel before. From the concierge to the Horizon Club team, everybody provides the highest quality of attention.
I am celiac and in need of special diet, and I have never ever been treated with so much attention in any hotel.
Shangri La will be my brand to go from now, thank you very much for the fantastic hospitality and experience."
"The hotel was beautiful, the interior, exterior, pool area and views. The staff were friendly and always willing to help you. The food was excellent. Our only criticism with half board is that it was very disappointing to not be given at least a bottle of water with our meal and be expected to pay £8 for a bottle, especially as water was delivered freely to your room every day. We visited all the restaurants and the food was of a high standard. However, we were disappointed that the steak restaurant options available to half board customers did not include any steaks.
On the whole we had a fantastic holiday here and would definitely recommend this hotel."
