The best part about this hotel was its proximity to the airport. We arrived at Shanghai Pudong, gave the hotel a call from the information desk, and were picked up promptly after 15 minutes, as promised. The worst parts about the hotel were the facility. The lobby is dilapidated, and many buttons on the elevator do not work. Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Furniture seemed old, and the bathroom was mildewy. Stay for the convenience and the price, but don't expect much in the way of comfort.

The staff are very friendly, Free shuttle is great and the front desk remind of me to the airport. I feel I was well taken care of. Really good!

Great proximity to airport but free shuttle service on arrival did not happen and staff on front desk were unable to communicate in English on phone to advise the reason. Taxi was CNY50 to get to hotel. We were advised that check out time was 2pm but got a call at 11.30am saying check out at noon.
