Below Expectation

Room was too spacious, almost useless, becoming old and lack of maintenance. TV was not working at all. Kitchen was really out of shape. Major work needs to be done to make it up to the standard.

Good Service Apartment to Stay

Everything is good. As long the price is good offer, I will return to this apartment to stay when I visit Shanghai. Location: Line 2, JiangSun Station. exit 3, walk through a small alley to reach the apartment.

ホテル前ビルが建設中、、うるさい。

ホテルの道を挟んだ前のビルが建設中で朝早くから夜まで工事の音がうるさくて、睡眠に障害がでるレベル、 また昼間は部屋には居られない、、いつ終わるか分からないが、終わるまでこのホテルは使えないと思う、、。

室内のエアコンが一般家庭用エアコンで、冬場はあまり効かず＋の部屋が大きい事から、 室内が寒い、、、外出先から帰って来て暖房を入れても直ぐには暖かくならず、しばらくはシャワー いは入れない、、。

リビング、ダイニングの広さは文句なし。唯一の難点は浴槽が無い事（日本人にとっては辛い）と設備の古さ。

Good size rooms, close to metro line 2

Apartment had two bedrooms, one double and one single, the double bed was very comfortable. The living room was very large and had a dining table. We didn't use the kitchen to cook but did make good use of the washing machine. We had a balcony which gave us amazing views of the surrounding area. We had breakfast twice in the cafe, at a cost of 40 yuan each, and this included refills of coffee. We didn't use the gym but it looked amazing. We liked it so much we booked another night prior to leaving China and would be happy to stay there again

Great "Budget Travel" Hotel

Great hotel when travelling on a budget. It's clean and comfortable. Good location for walking to and from Line 2 Subway. There are 3 different Starbucks to choose from within 5 minutes walking distance. One of the top Italian restaurants in Shanghai is located just off the lobby. This hotel "over delivers" if you're travelling on a budget.

出張者の空き時間にも気持ちよく過ごせます。

フロントの男性の対応がよく、気分よくチェックインできました。 通常のマンションと同じようなレイアウトで、リラックスできました。 ２号線の駅にも近く、休日も移動するにも便利でした。

ガラスのグラスが無い、、、

毎日の掃除がいい加減で、居間の角にほこりが溜まっていた、、またシャワーの水圧が弱いので冬場はつらいと思う。　部屋のコップが陶器のコーヒーカップと中国茶のコップしかない、部屋でワインを飲む時に中国茶のコップで飲んで雰囲気悪かった、、、せめて普通のガラスのコップを２個ぐらいは用意してほしい。

リラックスした滞在を。

地下鉄2号線/江蘇駅から徒歩5分程度。比較的静かな立地かと。サービスアパートメントですので自炊も洗濯・アイロンも可能。部屋もゆったりとした広さがありますのでリラックスした滞在が出来ると思います。

掃除が出来ていない、、。

部屋の掃除が適当、、、食器は洗わず、掃除機をかけなかった、、。 また掃除だけでなく、部屋の備品をきちんと補充していない、無くなったら連絡して 部屋まで持ってきてもらう必要がある、そしてその場合、中国語でした対応していない、、。

備え付けの洗濯機が洗濯物を汚す

このホテルは、今回で２１回目の利用になりますが、今回は不満が多い滞在となりました。サービスアパートメントなので、洗濯機と乾燥機が備え付けられています。洗濯を終え、乾燥機に洗濯物を移そうとすると、洗濯物が黒く汚れています。洗濯機の汚れが、付いたようです。早速フロントに電話して、洗濯機を変えてもらいましたが、スタッフの誰一人として誤るようなことはありません。このホテルは香港系ということですが、ホテルマンとしての教育はできていません。中国ではこれが当たり前としていては、いつまでたっても一流国にはなれないでしょう！！

立地条件が良い

一人で過ごすには広すぎる部屋でしたが、各部屋にエアコンがついており快適でした。また洗濯機＆乾燥機、冷蔵庫（冷凍庫付）、キッチン（調理器具付）等があるので、長期滞在者に向いていると思います。 周囲に食べる場所やコンビニもあるので、旅行初心者以外の方は問題なく過ごせると思います。旅行初心者の方でもある程度英語か中国語が話せるなら大丈夫だと思います。

２－ＢＥＤ ＲＯＯＭでしたが、一人なので１－ＢＥＤでいいですね。 室内はリビングは広く問題ありませんが、バスタブがないので長期の場合、 日本人には満足できないと思います。 又、朝食のための１階レストランが連泊では、満足できないと思います。 室内のキッチン用品が不十分で料理をするには足りないものが多いです。

โรงแรมMetropark Service Apartment ขอแนะนำจริงๆ

โรงแรมนี้ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟ สามารถเดินไปถึงได้จากสถานี jingsu(ไม่ไกลจากNanjin และ people square) ออกทางประตู 4 แล้วเดินเลี้ยวซ้ายไปเรื่อยๆ จนถึงแยกที่มีธนาคารอยู่หัวมุมก็เลี้ยวซ้ายอีก เดินไปสักระยะจะเห็นโรงแรมอยู่ทางขวามือ .. พนักงานต้อนรับพูดภาษาอังกฤษพอใช้ได้ ห้องพักสะอาด กว้างขวาง มื 2 ห้องนอน 1 ห้องครัว 1 ห้องรับแขก(มีเครื่องเล่น DVD)ให้ มีเครื่่องซักผ้า และโต๊ะกินข้าว โดยรวมโรงแรมถือว่าดีทีเดียว สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นก็ มีสระว่ายยน้ำindoor มีgymให้ใช้บริการ บริเวณรอบๆมีร้านอาหาร ตรงข้ามมีร้านสะดวกซื้อ สรุปว่าขอแนะนำโรงแรมนี้คะ
