Hotel experience in Shanghai
I had nice spacious room with great view. Breakfast was excellent freshly done with large selection of vegetables, fruit etc. A coffee was good as well. A hotel is situated in good location. A metro station is just around the corner 1-2 min walk.

A nice clean hotel in a good location for a quick
This is a nice clean quiet hotel in a location that is convenient to restaurants and the airport. Facilities I’m good the only drawback is the staff for slightly slow .

Nice, clean and convenient location
The hotel is right above a subway station(line13, Qilianshan South Sration). Break feast was great, there a McD and a 永和豆浆和豆浆 at the subway entrance.

Good value for the price
Polite staff, conveniently located right above subway station. Obviously don't expect a 5 star experience for the price, but this hotel is comparible to what you would experience at a holiday inn express in the US. Good place to stay for experienced Shanghai travelers.

The Hotel is conveniently located with restaraunts close by and transportation easily available. It was clean and the staff was exceptional and accommodating.

Nice hotel convenient to Hongqiao airport/train
Very close (adjacent building) to Metro (South qilianshan road, line 13 light pink) also a food court in that metro stop (exit 3). Shuttle to line 2 (green) Songhang road which is 1 stop from Hongqiao, but shuttle only runs in the morning apparently. Otherwise a 15 min 42rmb taxi ride. Hotel is very clean, wifi pretty good, nice desk for working with ethernet connection, room was good size, staff was helpful and spoke enough english to communicate but not a lot. Breakfast buffet was better than most chinese budget hotels and had both hot and cold. Some western dishes and more Chinese, but I was able to find enough and it tasted great. This is my first stay, but may be my go-to hotel when needing a place close to Hongqiao airport or train station

This is a good business hotel, just the basics, clean and professional. You pay a bit more for the American brand, but for some that are not used to traveling in China, it is comforting and usually, people in the hotel can speak English.

Comfortable stay. No pretensions but the hotel does its job. Its biggest plus point (apart from the really large room) was excellent connectivity which made up for an out of the way location for business travel

Great Location in Puxi. Food options nearby.
Realtively new hotel. Well priced. Right next to metro. Provides transport to nearby areas. Breakfast good - essentials (fresh groud coffee, fresh fruits and bread), plus a variety of local dishes and staples. Lots of eateries (and starbucks) right next to hotel.

We booked two beds room online and they told us no available when we checked in. We two adults and two kids slept on one king bed!! Only kids slept well, and we parents could not. They also put us in smoking floor! I don't recommend this hotel if you travel with kids!

Good location from both airports. Just next to a mall which has variety of choices to eat. the only complaint is the restaurant closes too early. If you fly in late and the only choice is instant noodles from the vending machine.

Hotel was way too far from airport and anything else. They said they had a restraunt that opened at 6pm. That never happened and by 7pm the front clerk finally found us some food. Getting a taxi mon morn to the airport took an hr. no restraunts around to go eat at and their water regulator for hot and cold water doesn't work AT ALL. You will burn your self in the shower. It doesn't keep a constant temperature.

Layover at Honqqiou Airport
We only stayed a few hours as this was just a stopping point for our group before an early morning flight at the Hongqiou airport. The hotel was clean, rooms were comfortable and the staff spoke good english. Despite being listed on hotels.com as being in the area of the Hongqiou airport, we were surprised to learn from the staff that it was a 20 minute taxi ride. It turned out only being about 12 minutes though (I guess we got lucky with the traffic). Breakfast is served beginning at 6 a.m. but we had to leave at 5:45 a.m. The evening staff said they would have the cooks prepare a breakfast dish to go for us but apparently nobody got the memo. Overall, it is a very nice hotel, though next time I will choose a hotel closer to the airport.
