Hello Paul I do understand your frustration upon check in to be told someone else in your chalet. Not making excuses for the mix up but as you were aware I was extremely unwell on the day and the guest that checked into your chalet answered all my questions as i would have thought you would have, he even filled in the check in form with your name on it. As far as not having a jetted bath the chalet you booked on line does not have a spa it is advertised on Expedia as a shower/bath bathroom We do not advertise wifi in the chalets but we do have mobile coverage and yes we live in Denmark and have to be satisfied with the service telstra give us. Again we are sorry your experience with us was not as enjoyable as we desire our guests to have. Kindest regards Lorraine and Frank
