As soon as I entered the office, the desk clerk (who was dressed very unprofessional) asked if that was my trailer . I said yes and she told me, no trailers are allowed. It’s posted all over her website. And perhaps I should try to park at McDonald’s. McDonald’s manager was awesome, no questions. She must have seen my frustration and exhaustion on my face. When I went back to the hotel office, I said to the rude clerk, that we couldn’t find anywhere that it was posted about the trailer other than her sign on her front counter. She proceeded to look and I gave up on waiting for her to find this so called “no trailers” My bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and definitely will not be returning there. The morning breakfast was okay … nothing too special. Definitely will look for another place before returning here.

Had to run the shower 15 minutes before the water got warm and there was a split in the tub that moved when you stepped on it. The room was pretty clean nut had an odor. The exterior of the building, the elevator and parking lot were worn and dirty. The breakfast was good and convenient.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were cleaned daily. our rooms smelled great. the only thing was the bathroom shower did not have good pressure and it took a few minutes to get to our room. we had a bottom floor and never herd any outside noises or any one upstairs from us or beside us. Will stay here again.

I arrived around 12:30pm and said I would like to check in. The clerk said "Check-in is not until 3:00" I said "Is there anyway I can check in early?" The clerk replied "We don't do early check-ins". Those were exact quotes. I understand the concept, but there was no smile, and no pleasantries. The first room I got smelled terrible, chair was stained, sink was worn, and the tub/shower had been painted, but the paint was peeling off. I asked for a different room and the conditions were the same, along with veneer peeling off the entertainment center. The smell was slightly less strong, and I had to stay in the area so I just stayed. I purchased $18.00 worth of air fresheners, and never touched my bare feet to the floor. The bed was apparently clean, though ..I hope, anyway. If a decent bed is all you desire, this is the place for you.

They had bed bugs and tried to say they didn't. And when I wanted my refund they refused. They were rude also. Oh and they charged my card 3 times. I definitely would recommend going to that place

It seemed ok when we got there then the second day we left a whole day early due to bed bugs!!!! We checked out immediately and I tried to get a refund and they never call back and are never available.

The property charges a $60 deposit, which is not advertised. They property demands payment of the deposit in cash. If you forget to pick up the deposit at the end of your stay, they will hold it for 30 days. Then you lose your $60. When checking out, you have to wait until they have staff to check your room. Since they don't accept deposits on credit cards, you have to deal with their delays. I don't recommend this property, because of the games they are playing on this. Other than that, the rooms are nice and clean, and the property is in a great location.

Terrible Staff, Filthy Everything- GROSS
This hotel is extremely crappy. From the front desk lady being terribly rude and awful to the complete trashiness and filth of the exterior. I tried to cancel my reservation after only having booked one night previously that day and they would not grant my request. I chose not to stay here due to the awful staff at the front desk and the uncleanliness throughout, even tho I still had to pay. This is one of the worst hotels in this area snd I would avoid at ALL costs!!

This is a HORRIBLE hotel
The staff insisted I give them a $60 cash deposit after paying with Hotels.com, I did not think I had $60 and asked if they could put it on a credit card or anything else. They basically said if I did not come up with $60 cash I could not stay in the room was nonrefundable so they would not refund what I’d paid to stay there. The room was dirty mowed in the refrigerator bathtub falling apart. They really need some upgrades.

The bathtub is terrible paint peeling off and I had no heat she came and checked and kept telling me the room would warm up I slept in my clothes with four blankets the staff on the day I checked in was excellent the hotel needs some upgrades and some maintenance

Booked through Travelocity - had 4 adults and one child. Travelocity said it had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa - arrived and there was no pull out bed. Front desk staff said none of their rooms had a pull out sofa so it was Expedia that had false advertising.

The location is great. The service mediocre. Especially the front desk lady that was there in the morning during check out.. she was pretty rude. We had a non smoking room ; however the blankets and covers had cigarette burns The bathroom oh boy where do I start. The tub was peeling and it was pretty worn down. It was not a pretty sight.. I guess I’m disappointed as we paid $189 total for a night and it did not meet our expectations.

We booked our room here at the Days Inn online the day before we were heading out it asked for a card to put on file in case we did not show and they would charge it . when we got there they told us they did not have a room saved under our name that the booking was canceled and when I asked the lady why it was canceled she said because it had to be paid in full on the card before we came down but online it did not say we had to pay in full it just asked to put a card on file in case we reserved a room and did not show. I’ve never stayed here before at this place and I don’t think I will anytime soon because on New Year’s eve weekend it’s hard to find a place to stay, but luckily we were able to.

90 dollars for a leaky ceiling
We had to stay in Pigeon Forge last min on our way home to Chicago. They only had one king room so i took it and when we tried to shower, we noticed the upstairs renter was showering, causing the ceiling above our shower to leak really bad. I told the receptionist about it but they don't really do anything to apologize or compensate. It was a bad stay, definitely overpriced room that had a useless bathroom due to the ceiling leaking. Took video but this won't let me upload it.

This was a great property to stay in the only thing that got me was the bathroom could use a little bit of updating the tub had a lot of the paint chips coming off of it other than that it was great and one thing when you're renting the room I don't know whose fault it was but they didn't tell you that there was a $60 deposit for the room but it's okay it worked out in the end the staff there was very friendly and very kind and very polite and it was a wonderful stay
