We stayed for 12 days and really enjoyed the spacious unit. The hotel staffs are also very helpful and tried their best to accommodate to their guests’ needs. Location is convenient as it’s connected to COEX. Definitely will consider staying here again our next visit!

Perfect location
The staffs is not professional so they don't know all the informations and their service is average. When I ate breakfast 5 times at a restaurant, the staff also brought food to eat. They talked loudly to each other, took foods, and had no manners. It was my first time seeing the hotel staffs ate with the hotel guests at a hotel restaurant. The location is almost perfect for everywhere to go and very convenient. The room is very quiet to stay.

This was the perfect property for our small family of three (traveling with a toddler). Space: The rooms are very spacious with enough space for our toddler to tire themselves out walking around the living room. Amenities: --In-unit washer/dryer (all-in-one, single machine) was very handy for doing laundry during our trip. --The included breakfast buffet was super convenient (in the hotel restaurant located on the lobby floor). Food selection was smaller than more formal buffets but more than sufficient for us with a salad bar, fresh fruits, and 2-4 dishes in both korean and western cuisine. They also had an omelet/egg station manned by a chef as well as a solid baked goods/pastry selection. --We also LOVED the playroom, which is a childproofed space with lots of age-appropriate toys (small jungle gym, cars, baby walkers, books, etc). We just wish it were open for longer hours but our baby loved spending time here. --Gym/pool - located on top of the casino building, this club is very nice. The highlight was the very nice locker room and sauna facilities alongside a decent selection of machines and treadmills. --We also appreciated the free self-parking that comes with the room. Parking can be hard to come by in Korea! Service: --Really appreciated the front desk that were helpful in navigating the amenities and policies of the hotel, as well as helping us with booking taxis for when we needed to get around. Would definitely stay again.

Paid extra for a rollaway bed but it was unavailable so opted for a duvet set thinking there is an area to set it up. Some reaidence hotels have wooden floor with a seperate space to take your shoes off so I thought that would be the caseYou basically sleep on the floor where the carpet is dirty. Overpriced room and there is no lobby space to hang out

Spacious, nice amenities but needs some love
The spacious apartment was helpful for a family trip. Having a laundry machine, kitchen, access to a sauna/spa and a nice gym were helpful. We purchased the breakfast buffet which had continental breakfast options and Korean/Chinese items. The items were fresh and frequently replenished. Also having the Stafield Coex mall downstairs was tremendously helpful, along with access to subway lines. The major con for us was the condition of the apartment. The apartment was extremely dusty. We asked for a thorough cleaning which lasted a day. Perhaps the ventilation system needs new filters? In daylight the dust in the apartment was horridly obvious. The bathroom also have poor ventilation so the shower tiles were so moldy not even an additional scrub from the staff could remove it. Lastly, the location might have been good if we mostly stayed in Gangnam or Jamsil but going anywhere else in the city was a minimum a 45 min trek.

This is a fabulous place to stay if you need a small kitchen, room fridge and freezer, washing machine/dryer combo. Very nice hotel. One of the nicest I have stayed in.

It was my 4th return to the hotel. The location of the hotel is the best, easy in & out to the airport and other gangnam areas. No other hotels has the size of the rooms. I stayed in a 2 bedroom unit, which was a perfect fit for my family of 3. The hotel also has full kitchen & washer in the unit adding more convenience to the long term staying guests. Will definitely return for my next trip!
