The location is exceptionally good. The staff are multi-lingual. It is a 2-3 star hotel, so the amenities are limited, but if you want amenities, then you have to go far outside the core of the city for the price.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great too! Could be in better condition inside but still, for the price per night, it's worth it. Do note that this hotel also offers 'by-the-hour.'

Rooms are extremely outdated, bathroom seat was broken, a lot of mold in the bathroom, and all the photos on the site were not accurate. Pictures showed a very clean room (very false). I wanted to cancel but they did not allow without a big fee. I will never stay here again.

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in my whole life. I had reservations for a long stay here, and I was only able to stay one night because it was too late to go somewhere else. They never returned my money and were completely useless when I expressed discontent. The property is old, dirty, and nothing like pictures. The bedroom smells like mold and cigarettes, the bathroom is gross and this property should have never been listed on Travelocity. When leaving the property, the manager pretended not to understand me and dismissed me without returning my money. I will do everything I can to get my money back, because this experience was very frustrating. I hope Travelocity can help me as well!

First of all... cancel and modify reservation. has to do with reservation website.not at hotel front desk.And reservation cancellation policy is write on website. So you should check it before reservation.If you need exceptional cancellation then you should ask to website then they will contact to Hotel. "Before write Bad reviews." Because in that case hotel owner or manager will have fully autority for agreement of exceptional cancellation(for refund money).So I told you that you should contact to website for refund at that time.

Sweet and wonderful location
The staff were very knowledgeable and spoke good English. I was highly impressed with this hotel as the location was the best and as it is a smaller one,it had everything I needed, including morning coffee, bathtub, heater, large smart tv, bottled water and the reception gentleman was EXCELLENT! I will definitely stay here again when in area.

Well, this is a quite small room which I expected since I pay only small money, but very clean and affordable. Wish to have a little bigger than what I had though. A very good location to move around Seoul.

The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Taxi doesn’t come through the alleyways because it is so small so walking with suitcase can be difficult to transport

So I really would like to recommand to you on next visit that using public transportation because Subway "Jongro 3 ga" station Exit 5 is really 2 mins walking distance.or contact to us for using contract taxi. contract Taxi driver know where can park the taxi is really near to our hotel and easy to access.I really hope to see you again. and really happy to serve you. have a nice trip and nice memories.Thank you again.

The hotel was under construction. Terrible odor came out of the bathroom at night. We were unable to change the room at thag stage. Despite the fact that it was under construction, the overall structure and ease in movement were poor.

It’s ehhh
The hotel was alright for the price you pay. The add say usually priced at 117$ but was priced at 37 as a secret deal. The room had allot of mold around the bathroom since they just plastered a bunch of caulking into the corners. There was also no onsite parking so be prepared to pay for parking at the surrounding parkinglots. It’s much easier to stay at a higher end hotel with parking then running around from parking to hotel. She sheets had allot of dust and small hairs so not the cleanest but was in a pretty good location.

Basic and dated but neat and tidy w/ essentials provided. Pleasant stay for those who will be out and about and only using hotel for sleeping at night. Elevators stop halfway up flight of stairs so you will have to carry your bags up half a flight of stairs to get to elavator from lobby and to get to your room once you reach the floor your staying on. The free breakfast is hard boiled eggs, toast and coffee/juice. No other food options available. Food could be improved, maybe add some fruit or yogurt for those who don't eat eggs.

The property is so near to everything. It is in the insadong area the food hub of Korea also a short distance walk to the Palace and the Hanbook village and also a place rent a Hanbook or Traditional Korean clothes.

The hotel was decent for the money spent. It was basic but the workers at the front desk were helpful. It was conveniently located near shops, restaurants and the subway was literally a 30 second walk. Also walkability to tourist attractions. So I would stay here if you don’t really care about the glitz and glam Of a hotel.

The room reasonable for price, a bit cold because heater in room only have under the floor, staff quite good our family had check in at late night she still wait for us. Breakfast have bread, milk, juice, egg, coffee and tea that was not bad. Hotel placed not far from subway Jongno 3 Ga Stn. Exit 5 And close to Insadong. 10 mins walked to airport bus station

Not what I expected
It wasn't a very bad stay but for the price I paid, it's not worth it. It's pretty expensive and I did not expect that it will look bad. It's like a very old motel that needs remodelling. Also, the room has weird smell. It's like you are in an old storage room with mossy smell. There are a lot nicer hotels with the same price. It also lack basic toiletries like toothbrush, comb, shaver etc. The location is near a subway station though.

The smell may be due to the difference between the air conditioner set temperature and room temperature. There was someone who stayed in the room next of yours for a long time, and there was no problem with smell. I went to your room yesterday and checked it, but there was no problem with smell. We are deducted 18% of the agent fee from the amount you paid. Perhaps you have compared the hotel prices you've been paying with the prices you paid, and those hotels are about 20% above the price you've booked through an agent. Bathroom supplies are restricted by the Korean government for free payment due to environmental issues. We serve for the visitor you need free of charge. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We will try to be more comfortable and comfortable accommodation. Thank you for the good advice.
