A great hotel
A great hotel with welcoming and attentive staff. Well place in Senggigi. Facilities severely impacted due to covid and exceptionally quiet. A deceiving big hotel with variety of accommodation and eateries when working normally.

Nice hotel but Wifi in room need stronger signal
The WiFi in the room is not strong. Ended up most of the time in the lobby for a better Wifi.

Cold and unwelcoming
Staff were aloof and dis interested. The atmosphere was cold and sterile. The air conditioning didn't work so I was moved and had to re pack everything and drag my bags upstairs myself, no room upgrade offered as compensation. The shower water smelled like sewerage. The toilet had a leak. Loud booming music through the hotel at 7am. A wedding was hosted with a loud microphone in the grounds with complete disregard to the other guests. Totally regret staying here!

Rooms damp and mouldy. Pool very nice.
Hotel facilities - pool and breakfast were very good but we had interconnecting rooms which were in a bad condition with mould and damp and awful smell. Informed hotel and they were very apologetic and gave us free massage (and asked us not to post on trip advisor) but they must know these rooms need a deep clean and renovation. No excuses.

Would stay again!
Aruna is in a very convenient location as there are several good restaurants, shops, tour agencies and beach all within walking distance! Plenty of space, good working wifi and AC. Loved having a pool and gym to use that were well maintained. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly as well. Having an area shuttle available is a nice extra and the driver, Dirman, couldn't be more accommodating. The town of Senggigi itself seemed a bit deserted, but we were there in low season. Overall great stay!

Nice hotel
20 mins from Mataram, my overall stay in Aruna is first class. The staff are very helpful, the breakfast is delicious, the place is comfortable and safe. Stayed in the cottage, very ideal for any situation whether you come with family or friends. Will definitely stay here again. Totally value for money.

Nice hotel but stitched up by staff
Nice hotel but requested for boat to gili t and was stitched up the taxi was late and then made us pay more than we was told, the taxi driver stopped off at a shop trying to sell us other not tickets and told us we then had to pay for a horse and cart the rest of the way to the pier. The horses are very badly looked after so I was not happy supporting this service. Very upset the hotel did not arrange a better service considering my love for animals

Fabulous hotel with stunning service
From the moment we arrived we were treated phenomenally. Juice on arrival, free massage, great location across from the beach. The staff were all so friendly and he really room was beautiful. It couldn't have have been a more perfect stay.

Great room at a great price.
Loved the room. Nice new building. Got a great price on Expedia 53% off. Was only there for one night before coming back to Bali but will stay there again next time m in Senggigi. The only problem I had was at check in 3 staff behind the counter with one other person being helped and still I waited some time to be checked in not sure why ? Then when checking out it also took quiet a long time.

Cable TV was advertised Dirty Swimming Pool Room booked not available Had to walk over a 4 lane road for breakfast Different information on their system to my Wotif Itinerary and tried to charge me again for extra guest. This ended up in a heated argument as staff had no idea of what info they had from Wotif.

Great staff, very poor location
Good price for one night. We used it for transition between locations. Very helpful, friendly staff. Couples massage, in room, appropriate and very good. Staff brought in 2nd massage lady for couples. Nice walk around senggigi beach. Great sunset view. Free breakfast adequate. Very busy loud traffic, room facing road, ask to change if you get this room, we should've! Hotel is on both sides of busy road, traffic attendants try to help with crossing. Construction site next door, loud.

Major construction next door
Nice beach side restaurant and set of rooms. But traffic road from the street, and major construction next door, even overlooking the pool area. Towards the end of stretch of stores on the beachfront, but still walkable to stores and restaurants. Website indicated that no front desk service and need to contact before arrival, which was inconvenient.

Cheap hotel, you get what you pay for so to say... definitely not a family hotel. A major road splits the property and must be crossed to go from the pool to the beach.

The room was clean. Very clean. The hotel has made updates to the guest rooms and bathrooms. They need wifi. The doors and windows have cracks. I got a massage (awesome!) and manicure(awful) and a roach crawled into my room. It was the only one I saw. I also saw a gecko. They really need to expand wifi to all of the rooms. I didn't check out the beach because the weather was bad. I ordered an es jeruk and I'm pretty sure they made it with the tap water because it made me sick. The food is pretty decent. I wouldn't stay here again because of the lack of internet and the improvements that still need to be made to the room. If they continue on the track they're on, the hotel should be much better within the next 5 years.

Not a very good experience from start to finish.....would not recommend this hotel. * Air conditioning barely works. * Ants every where in our we asked them to spray our room but we had to buy our own. * Some desk staff I found to be rude and unhelpful but grounds staff and bar staff excellent. * We arranged transfer but no one picked us up then tried to charge us more than quoted for return transfers. * On arrival bedding configuration was wrong so after showing our original booking they just put mattress on the floor for our son. There are plenty of other hotels in the area I would recommend trying them first.

Small but pleasant.
Room was small but we went to Lombok to experience the beaches and waterfall, so we were only in the rooms at night. The room was clean, bed was comfy and the bathroom were modern and nice. Wish they had Wi-Fi availability in the rooms - we were camping at the reception area every night.

Well located by the beach,
The staff were very helpful and welcoming when checking in. Rooms were fronting the beach 40metres away. Neat and pretty Balinese garden, enviroment quiet even where hotel next to main road. Town within walking dist 400m. Hotel bfast buffet good. Beach volcanic fine greyish sand, water crystal clear , best to swim during low tide. 400m to left of hotel beach a good snorkelling area, water relatively calm.

Good hotel on the edge of Senggigi
This hotel is at the end of what appears to be a main strip of Senggigi, it is a very easy walk to many shops and restaurants. The rooms are a little dated but very comfortable. The swim up bar at the pool is great. There is even a water slide, but it was not open during my stay. Overall a very good hotel.

Great on all levels except street noise
Service - wonderful. Staff were warm and friendly Rooms - decent Price - good Food - decent breakfast buffet Location - good. Located along the beach and walking distance to the main Sengigi Town The hotel sprawls along opposite sides of the road. The reception, spa, pool and regular rooms are located inland while the superior rooms (which we took) are located along the beach. The only letdown was we could hear all the vehicles travelling on the road. Sitting by the beach, you can hear engines of motorcycles in the background. Not very relaxing. Within the room, bits of street traffic is still audible but it didn't cause sleepless nights. Initially we were given rooms facing the road (really noisy!) and the staff were nice to switch us to less noisy rooms. Maybe the hotel needs to plant more trees to help block out the noise.

Nice hotel short stroll to Sengiggi shops
Staff were very polite and willing to help in any way, a great pool with a bar built in, with seating in the pool, and with a 3 hour Happy Hour, enjoyable. A buffet breakfast, so plenty to eat and it over looked the ocean, very nice. Definitely book again.

Handy location in the middle of Senggigi area
If you stay at this hotel, choose the seaside superior deluxe room. The standard rooms are very basic and the bathroom needed to be renovated, but the super deluxe rooms (hillside) are quite nice with better bathrooms. The bath towels should be renewed as they are quite small, greyish colour and very thin. Besides that, the hotel staff are excellent and very friendly and only too willing to please with any request you might have. The food in the seaside restaurant is very good and the service is excellent.

全てに満足
1泊は友達の家族とビルディング棟で、残り4泊はひとりでコテージ棟に泊まりました。コテージは以前Graha Senggigi Hotelだった時の棟をそのまま使っていましたが、室内は綺麗にリノベーションされていてビルディング棟の室内と変わりませんし、むしろ広かったです。「デラックスビルディング」の部屋は150000ルピア高くツインベッドですが、ひとりだったらキングサイズベッドの「デラックスコテージ」がいいですね。プールもふたつあり、コテージ棟のプールは古いけど綺麗でした。キャンセル不可のシークレットプライスの時に予約し、半額くらいの料金で宿泊したので、朝食ビュッフェ付きであの条件はコスパ良すぎで最高でした。同じくらいの料金であれば、過去のどのホテルより満足です。

가격대비 정말 좋았습니다. 아쉬운건 샤워실 수압이 조금 약했고 아직 공사중이라 낮에는 조금 시끄러웠습니다. 다른건 모두 만족했습니다.

Mukava hotelli keskustan tuntumassa
Aruna sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla ihan keskustan tuntumassa jossa on paljon ravintoloita ja hotelleja. Hotelli on iso ja todella siisti. Huoneet olivat isot ja meillä parveke pihalle päin. Voisin kuvitella että parveke tielle päin voisi häiritä herkkää nukkujaa kun ravintoloista kantautuu musiikkia myöhään illalla. Aamiainen oli todella runsas ja kattava. Yövyimme 2 yötä ja toisena aamuna valikoima oli hieman erilainen kun edellisenä aamuna. Uima-altaan vesi oli itselleni hieman liian lämmintä. Kuumana päivänä olisi mukava jos voisi viilentyä altaassa. Hinta-laatusuhde oli erinomainen. Wi-fi oli ajoittain hieman heikko.

فندق ممتاز جدا يصلح للعوائل
من أجمل الفنادق اللي سكنتها مطلة على البحر يفصل بين الفندق والبحر شارع لكن لديهم مقهى على الشاطئ تابع للفندق كما يوجد مكتب لحجوزات الغوص في المقهى زرت الفندق مرتين خلال شهرين سكنت في المرة الأولى خمسة أيام وفي المرة الثانية إحدى عشر يوماً يعيب الفندق أصوات الموسيقى من الخارج فقط ويهدأ في الساعة 12 ليلا تقريبا

Superior Cottage (Twin Bed)
プールサイドの部屋で良かったのですが、 蚊が多くてバルコニーでくつろぐ事は出来ませんでした。 チェックインした日は部屋の中に10匹以上の蚊がいてどうしようもない部屋でした。 家具の建て付けが悪く扉の開け閉めが困難 冷蔵庫の扉は持ち上げないと開かないなど がっかりでした。
