"We had two rooms. One of the rooms wasn’t configured the way we initially asked so they re adjusted which was nice. The rooms were very hot and our adult children room had no airflow or cooler. We asked for fan very early in day as we arrived well before check in time. We kept asking and they said they would find one but they told us at midnight they gave the last one away. We had to sleep with windows wide open where. It’s flew in and out and at 2am a very large spider crawled across my daughter’s pillow. Needless to say didn’t sleep well. I shared feedback and got “sorry” - not sure I would stay there again or recommend . It’s too bad as it was a cute hotel central to village ."
