Staff prompt and helpful. Need to upgrade the whole hotel. The smell once you walk in smells of an old place. Carpet is old and dirty at entrance. Furnitures old . Bathroom also need to be upgraded. Still like the 80”s.
The bed however was comfortable as well as the linen. Towels were new . . The pillows were too small

Some rooms and corridor smelled musty. Our sheets were stained with what looked like blood. So won’t be staying here ever again
Pretty much what you get is what you paid for I tried to disclose details but the app prevented me from doing that all I can say is if you have children this is not a place for you also a lot of activity that is not appropriate for family environment and not the so most safe and sanitary place nor staff was helpful at all in any way safety concerns a major problem would never stay again
Extremely disappointed will never go back. Hotel smelled very bad. The heat in the room never shut off. Then the shower once we turned it on filled up with water right away and food came up the drain. It was so gross. If we didn’t get in late I would have left it was so bad

The room had a very musty smell, it took ten minutes for the water to get hot. I would have been better off sleeping in my car. I am throwing every piece of clothing i brought in that room out, not going in my home! I wish i could get my money back. Room was so cold hardly got any rest.
The first room they put us in was on the 3rd floor, no elevator very narrow hallways and smelled horrible on the third floor. Beds were bumpy and squeaked, tv falling out of the entertainment Center. When i called the front desk they put is in another room which was much better but still not very clean.

Property was average comfortable beds, next to main road so you here a lot of traffic, my remote for my tv wasn’t working properly but other then that everything else was ok. Clean bathroom and good room service.

This property is not at all what I expected and would advise Expedia to stop promoting such establishments. Booked a room for extra money because it was stated on the website of breakfast but there was not a breakfast. The room was dirty. I have pictures but unfortunately I can not add them this review. Please contact me for pictures if needed. Not a good experience at all.

When I checked into my original room it hadn't been cleaned yet, the previous guest's trash and bedsheets were still present, as well as the top lid of the toilet being on the ground for some reason, not the worst stay I've ever had but a few unacceptable occurances.

Toilet didn't flush right. There were stains and holes in the bedding. Weird smells. There was no way to adjust the temperature in the room. And they charged my credit card 3 times for a one night stay. Do not recommend

I did not like the fact that my room had no soap or body wash when I arrived, that my shower was dinky and the shower stream was weak, that zero attention had been paid to basic upkeep, and that the hallways were nearly impassable because of a dance competition. Worst Ramada ever.

Restaurant was nice on property. The room was not cleaned throughly lamps were dented in and outdated the room and carpet was outdated and the hallways that all definitely need an upgrade. The room next door was playing music so loud that I felt like it was in my room. The surrounding area outside and across the street are also not In Good shape. I would not stay there again.
