The bed mattress is not firm ( I personally like a vey firm mattress) and the shower water pressure is NOT strong. There are $23 per night charge in "fine print" in the website. Actually, it is NOT free WiFi, Free coffee bag, etc.

It was nice and clean but the people above us were loud at odd hours. Had to call n complain. They were quiet for a little but but then they were back at walking/running very loudly. I couldn’t tell if it was little kids running around but from 7:30-11:30 at night was a little extreme and from 6-till check out was non stop walking/running. I was on the 4th floor. People with little ones need to be on the ground floor to not keep others awake.

The staff was great. Very warm and welcoming. Cute lobby. Room needed a good dusting and deep clean of blinds and windows. The room smelled of musty, sweaty pillows even though the sheets were fresh, but now I know why. The bedding didn’t breathe and I have never sweated so much in my life.

My spouse and I had a 2-night stay and we were very pleased with the hotel and our Junior Suite. We weren’t travelling with our dog, but loved how pet friendly the hotel is. The market across the road was very conveniently located and stayed open late. We loved walking around the neighbourhood and through the university campus. There are some great restaurants close by too. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Very friendly and generally nice feel. The "amenity charge" feels awkward and quite expensive: in practice this got me a nice water bottle and some free spring water and cost me $70 tax. I didn't find the coffee in the room great (also included in this charge), and I think it's normal for internet etc. to be included in a room rate. I imagine this is worse still for groups/families travelling as it seems to be per person per night. It would feel more friendly to make this optional or include it in the room rate, since it's compulsory. The room curtains are very good but don't fit two of the windows because they're on top of blinds, so the light still comes in early. This could do with refitting. Everyone was super friendly and I liked the feeling of the reception/lounge area; the room is also nice apart from the curtain issues.

Absolutely loved our stay and will be back! Convenient location for public transportation into the city and the UW campus is gorgeous to walk through. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars we felt safe leaving our car in the garage. It has a security gate! The staff were welcoming, helpful, and lovely to speak to! We were really impressed. Our room was clean, and comfortable! We loved the extra bedding because it made us feel like we were cozy which you desire when being away from home. You’re also given adorable cookies & coffee upon arrival which is a bonus!

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in within the Seattle area. My 2 year old pup always loves to travel with us, so it's sometimes hard to find accommodation that is so welcoming with her. The Watertown Staypineapple hotel was a hit. They provided a water bowl, dog treats, a toy and a dog bed. There was a fridge and microwave in the room and the layout was nice and spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable as well. My only negative thing about the trip was that it wasn't long enough to enjoy this amazing hotel. The parking was fine, just have to pay per night which is a guaranteed thing you have to do anywhere in or around the city.

We used the public transit system on this trip, and it was so conveniently close to the Link. We loved that there were great food places nearby, and it is very close to UW. Very average all around. Beds were comfy tho. Off the beaten path so a little sketch at night. Wish they would save the resources and not hand out branded metal water bottles in order to provide drinking water.
