The location and price are amazing!!! It is a dated hotel but totally comfortable. Staff is super friendly. Great location! In the middle of Amazon central. Walk to space needle and pikes place. Great hotel.

Great service. We arrived early with a lot of luggage from airport - they stored it so we could sight see. Checked in and theypromptly brought up the extra rollaway bed. Good value. ...not the newest property and needs updating but clean and great service from staff.

Great location but the hotel its self is very outdated and needs significant repair and renovation. Staff was not so friendly. Breakfast is very sad.

Would have rated higher if my messages sent thru expedia had ever been answered by the property. However the non response is my only disappointment, everything else has been really good. Nice staff, big clean room, I would totally stay here again

The property is very convenient to the Cruise piers. The staff was friendly. We were able to get into our room by 9:30 am. In view of our early disembarkation after our Alaska cruise. They also had a place to store our luggage if the room had not been ready. Additionally, they offer complimentary breakfast until 10:30 am, which is much better than other hotels. Finally, it is within walking distance to many attractions such as the Space Needle, Pikes Market, etc., and is only about 30 mins. drive from the airport.

Desk staff were very helpful. Hotel itself is a little dated, needs some renos. Very noisy at 5 am when garbage truck arrived.

Staff was very friendly and polite. Nice lobby area. Hotel was very clean. Room was spacious. Coffee maker in the room. Plenty of towels. Couch and seating area in the room. The bed was comfortable and clean. Excellent hotel.

The location is perfect as it is walking distance to the attractions. Their daily breakfast was good too. The staff were nice and our room was clean. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Seattle.

Although the rooms are somewhat dated and could use an upgrade, this hotel is very well located for visiting Seattle. All the major attractions are within a 15-30 walking distance. Breakfast is the typical fare for hotels where breakfast is included, although staff was a bit slow in refilling supplies when certain things ran out. Patience is required. All in all, good location, good rooms and good value. Seattle is a terrific place to visit.
