The staff was friendly, helpful and fun. The fact that water was going to be turned off in the entire hotel for a leak repair in the am was not conveyed prior to arrival was disappointing.

It was a good hotel and very clean! The elevator was broken when I was visiting so it was hard to go up and down several flights of stairs, but they offered free parking or breakfast for the inconvenience which was very nice of them :)

I had booked our stay for 2 nights at Holiday Inn from Expedia, the total was $396. After the stay the front office manager said that Expedia has not added tax on your stay so we will be adding additional $100 and now the total is for $496.88 it was highly unprofessional of them, when I showed them that Expedia has indeed added tax and the total was $396 with the taxes, so then Holiday Inn said we have $100 as deposit, but now it had been more than 2 weeks and I have not seen any refund yet.

Good place to stay. The only thing that was difficult was one of the two elevators was broken. Overall it’s a great location and lots to do right outside the door.

Restaurant attached to the property was shocking. Advertising Belgium waffles and they are serving eggo waffles for 15$. Pictures and ads for the restaurant were extremely deceiving. Front staff were amazing and the stay was good. Location was prime. Would stay again but would not eat at the restaurant Toast to Toast.

I chose this hotel because of its location. I paid for parking and was happy to leave my car at the hotel once I'd checked in. It's only a few minutes walk to the Space Needle, about 20 min to the Pike Place Market but on the way you pass by the Sphere, and the Westlake center and Nordstrom. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The bathroom needs some updating.

Like typical good Holiday Inn. The height of parking lot was little bit tight for a pickup truck. Kurig-type coffee in the room was great. It is unfortunate not to have free breakfast.

Receptionist, Jocelyn (I think) was lovely, so friendly and helpful. Nice big room, but window opened onto another really close by building - sheer curtains on the window would certainly help with privacy.

It's kind of spartan, but they really went out of their way to accomodate us. When my spouse asked if they by chance had a shower seat, they sure did. Counter in the bathroom is small, but that was not a problem for us.

First time in Seattle and Holiday Inn made my stay very comfortable. We had to switch rooms because our AC stopped working. Staff gave us a new room immediately. I would stay here again.

My family’s experience were over all great except that theres a construction in the building and the elevator takes a long time because theres only 1 elevator working. But besides the elevator I highlight recommend this hotel because its so convenient to everything.
