"The hotel was in a great location but that's about it. The room I got was not clean (there was garbage on the floor) and there were no trash bags in any of the trash cans. The hotel was under construction and I wish I had been made aware of that before I booked. Additionally, the hotel front desk staff were very slow. I had all my items ready to go before I approached the counter and they still took a very long time. I saw there was a restaurant there and, due to the construction, there was a sign that made it seem like the restaurant was closed. I found out later that it was open the entire time.
A small gripe, but the elevator is not very well thought-out. If anyone with a key card gets into the elevator with you while you're trying to get to the lobby or ground floor, their key card takes priority. I spent nearly 10 minutes in the elevator trying to get to the ground level while people with key cards continued to get in and derailed by journey over and over. Very annoying.
One good part was the breakfast but it was incredibly expensive. Almost 60 dollars for two basic meals."
