Central location

The location of the hotel is central but in an medieval city it also means you have a lot of noice in the night as the noice travels in the small alley ways. Reception is not always covered which is annoying when you arrive and can’t even leave your luggage. While the reception staff was friendly, the rest of the staff was not helpful at all. Room and bathroom are clean but quite small. However, no air condition in the room and insufficient in the bathroom.

Guter Service - schlechte Lage und laut

Guter netter Service, Hotel selber hat etwas abgewohnte Zimmer. Vor der Eingangsseite geht eine enge Straße die auch Nachts befahren ist und eine Bäckerei die schon früh morgens Anlieferungen hat. Ich konnte fast gar nicht schlafen. Keine Parkplätze beim Hotel zur Verfügung. Wir mussten in ein Parkhaus vom City Center Einkaufszentrum und weit durch den Regen gehen. Fazit: Service sehr gut und nett, Hotel bestenfalls mittelmäßig, Lage sehr schlecht da zu laut.
