"Traveling from Baltimore to Canada. This hotel was a good stopping point. Next door to a McDonald’s. Just up the street from a Pilot Truck stop. Good value, good bed and shower. Would definitely stay here on another trip"

"It was horrible. I arrived late Saturday evening and the lady at the desk was having a conversation on her cell phone the ENTIRE check-in. The elevator was not working so I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs which was unbelievably scary. The stairwell is dirty, walls everything nasty. The worst part is I got to my room and there was long strands of brown hair on the bed. One of the drawers was pulled open. So I called the front desk and was placed in an another room. That room was a little better but there was what looked like public hair in the tub. And the walls were very thin but I was so tired none of that seemed to prevent me from falling and staying asleep. Lastly the latch on the room door did not work so if someone opened the door from the outside there was nothing stopping them from entering my room. I just took a small table and placed it up against the door. I’ll never ever visit this hotel or ones in the area. I was in Lebanon, PA for one night. 😕"
